I went in to buy one specific item. It was the last item off of the mannequin, so the guy removed it and took the item to the front to hold for me while I continued to shop. Well while I was looking around they apparently sold it to someone else who was checking out and happened to see it sitting there. This was beyond annoying because that was the whole reason I went in to begin with. How do you accidentally sell something to someone else that you knew you had put up there for a specific customer to begin with? Definitely won’t be going back.
This place is a great place to go for all your hair needs. They are friendly and willing to help in any way. Shelves are completely stocked so you won’t have a problem finding what you need. The place is always clean and well maintained.

Went there today to get some curling foam and the two little girls working there one especially were so rude. I walked around and was looking at a hair peice when the most rude one came up and said you can't be over here. Then began in the nicest way she could muster up to explain how they didn't have anything for me (guess because I'm Caucasian) I had planned on buying the hair peice but I put it back and I won't make the mistake of ever going in there again!
Very family oriented, generous, awesome, amazing, helpful and relational! I love them ????! They know who their loyal customers are by name!
Its one girl that works in there that is soooo rude at all times and I have heard alot of people say the samething about that one girl...They need to stop her from working in the store cause they are goin to loss alot of business because of that one person yes I understand she is family but they need to let her play another part in the store without dealing with people!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE
They told they didn't sell Caucasian hair! I was just browsing around and stepped up to look at the hair pieces and said you can't step up there, so I walked out. Not for me that's for sure. I'll never go in that Place Again!
