Really pleased with the service my son and I received at this salon.

I called for an appointment, the lady told me to come on in. As soon as we arrived we were seated immediately. The staff were super nice and helpful. I'm very pleased and we will definitely be back. Jo was my nail technician and she was GREAT!! I've been to several salons and not a lot of them have mastered the art of SNS and Jo did a great job!!

I would give 0 star if google allows me. They left my nails like this in the pictures and asked me to leave because they could not do the shape I wanted after I showed them a picture from their store review and messed up with it. And guess what? They called police to let me out because they refused to finish my nails for I was being “too picky”. This was a waste of tax payers money! The lady owner did my nails and argued with me while she was trimming and she hurt my nails a lot. She asked me to tell her what shape I like before she was done, so I did exactly what she said and then she complained that I'm too picky and said no one else in the store can do my nails. She doesn't speak English well so expect minimum communication. Worst nail salon and worst customer experience ever. And waste me 1 hour and half to get those junks.

Update: I found a cut that night after taking a shower. When I told the lady she hurt me, she said I have sensitive skins. It turned out she actually CUT me and that’s why I was hurt!!! Of course the finish of the nails were not done by them. They won’t be able to do that good!

It’s the customer service for me! Customer service is a lost art. This salon was perfect…quiet, clean and skilled workers. I wanted extremely short acrylic gel nails with glitter polish and that’s what I got. The beginning price was also the ending price. Some salons add on to the price for simple things.

So, typically I come here to get a full set and pedicure. I called ahead and asked for the wait and was told 3pm. I arrived on time and immediately the male told me he could not do my nails (a fill in). I asked why not, considering I get my nails done here often. He tells me he can’t do coffin shape. I said that’s fine, I would like them cut down and square shaped.. then he proceeded to tell me the wait was an hour. Immediately I left. This business definitely lost a loyal customer and now I see why their business has declined.

A nice lady name Jo ! did a amazing job . I came with my nails mess up and eve though they are short she made it look petty ! Thank you Jo !

I asked for SNS but was given acrylic. He filed my nails crooked and filed them so much on the sides there was nothing left to the point that he was filing my finger and now my fingers are sore and red. At the end of it all he said, “next time you come back they’ll give you dip. I do the brush.” Not sure why dip wasn’t an option this time when I came in asking for SNS. I came in with clean nails already filed in the shape I wanted and he ruined them and my fingers now. I’m very frustrated I even paid money for this.

I walked in and asked for a fill in they told me they do not do acrylic nails or “long”nails only SNS…
