Mike took us within 30 minutes of calling and on a holiday (Veteran’s Day)! I was able to get my mom and two cousins in for a full pedicure, acrylic removal, and an acrylic set. Below is the acrylic set done by Mike with French tips, almond shaped, and nail stickers! The pedicure was done by Vivian! They were very fast and done in exactly 1 hour. The salon was nicely decorated and the communication was professional and clear!
Asked for the most simple black French tips and it came out so bad; they were nothing like the picture I showed the lady. The shape and length was so off, the design was just so unprofessional and botched. Came back to get them fixed and it was rushed and sloppy.
I just started going to Q nails a month ago. I was referred to Q Nails by someone that also gets their nails done there. I get pedicures with Lilly and Vivian does my nails. Both of them do amazing work! This is my new place! Clean, safe and friendly.
First time here, my nails came out ok, but my nails tech cut my finger on my right hand, also my friend says her nail tech almost get her too. Her daughter had a gel manicure and also was cut. 3 different nail techs.
Den did a great job very good work, fast, friendly, proper, clean and good price! I love the natural feminine look. As a Board Certified Licensed Cosmetologist myself, I can appreciate the attention to detail and application approach. Thank you Den! I will be back!
I made an appointment after reading reviews. I choose Vivian she was very thoughtful and kind. After going to a lot of manicurist in Henderson no one seems to listen or doesn’t understand. Vivian is a good listener and did what I asked. She did a beautiful job I have now found an awesome manicurist. I will be scheduling my nail appointments with Vivian so happy.
One of the first times I went there I was a little disappointed because I was charged for extra length only for it to be cut off, but after going for another 4 times I am pleased to say this is one of the best locations for nails. Vivien does my nails most of the time but if not the manager (I didn't catch his name) does them. The designs I get turn out better than the photos and on my most recent visit the lady even made my nails straight since my middle fingers are slightly crooked. I love talking to the ladies and guys there as well.
This salon is PERFECTLY DELIGHTFUL. Professional, friendly & knowledgeable staff. I truly enjoyed every minute of my time there while I was waiting and receiving multiple services. Me and my girlfriend walked in no appointment and they fit us in VERY quickly. They were polite while working on me and very respectful. Now les talk about how HAPPY I AM WITH MY NAILS ! they turned out even better than what I had been planning because of the lovely suggestiony nail tech made. Den did my nails and he paid close attention to detail which I can not express how appreciative I am of that. The shape was exactly what I wanted and he was AMAZING at cleaning up the acrylic mess that's usually left under the nail by less professional salons that I've been to in the area. That sold it for me. The fact he cared about his work enough to make sure it was perfect showed me that we had made the best choice by coming into Q-nails. I also got my brows cleaned up by Susan and she's truly wonderful, very easy to talk to with a Sense of humor which I enjoy. I paid no more at Q-nails than I have at other salons in the area and they are 100x better than anywhere I have tried. I am fully confident in recommending them to anyone. Im a moved here a year ago and I wished I had found them then !!! Thank you guys !
