This place was terrible, worst Ive ever been to. My mani/pedi was soo rushed, only one coat of nail polish on my toes and my fingernails were smudged during the process of painting them. Could have done better myself. Then when it came time to dry them, the fan for my feet didnt work and they did nothing to fix the issue. And on top of all this the place was unorganized and unsanitary. Very unacceptable. Do not go here.
I wasn't sure what I wanted so the lady yelled at me and refused to work on my nails. She yelled at me and made me wait while she did someone else. I could have done better at home. Then they filed the sides of my sister's nails to the point she was cut multiple times. The only thing worth paying for was the massage chair.
Employee seen yelling at polite customer. Very unclean environment. Scalding foot bath, only massaged one leg. Very unclean looking tools. All around terrible experience.
I got my nails done today and the guy that did them was very rude! He seemed aggravated the whole time, which made me feel uncomfortable! He kept rushing and also watching tv while doing my nails! He was very rough and kept snatching my hand! I most definitely will never return and I would never recommend anyone to get their nails done here! Horrible service! I hate my nails btw!!!!
The guy was very rude, he had my hand so sore and made multiple of my fingers bleed, also kept ignoring me when I was saying things I felt he was doing wrong , I also asked him to take them off and do it again because they wasn’t straight . He kept pulling my hand and squeezing my hand so tight, so when I pulled my hand back from him he got up with a attitude, I also kept telling him (I’m sorry but your hurting me really bad )he just sat there and ignored me ,he overcharge me and did a horrible job on my nails within two days I had two nails to come off. I gotten my nails done for years and never within two days my nails was popping off. I will never go back
30 minute deluxe pedicure for $40. I received a 20 minute service, no clay mask. The woman left twice for 10 minutes to do acrylic nails for someone who came in after us. She put the towels in my face and said “see green?” They weren’t green so she stuck them closer and said “smell!” I won’t be back.
I wouldn't recommend this place I have gotten dip quite a few different places in the waterloo-cedar Falls area and it has lasted twice as long when I got dip here he used to difference powders and the color ended up looking Rusty when I wanted a magenta color. Not only dis they not hold up but the sides were all cakey & crusty. You can kind of see it in the picture. When one of them broke a couple days later they put a tip on and put a totally different color dip on the one finger that was sparkly and did not match the rest. The only reason I went here is because it's the closest salon to my work but I won't be going back.
A little over an hour ago I got a pedicure here nice workers, they had 3 people out there but it was only my mom and I, so we were fine, nice massages and AMAZING NAIL ART
