went in about 4 pm and they were rushing, she did my pedicure good but my manicure looks so bad. Very nice people though.
Pedicure was great, but when they finished my nails, I noticed there was a giant gap between my new nails and my cuticle. When I pointed it out she refused to fix it and said it was me. Extremely poor service. I am not usually one to complain but I left with a set that look like they were completed 2 weeks ago.
They don't pay attention to what you want. They end up doing it their way anyway. I got my nails done there, I said I wanted a fill on a full set and the dude removed all nails, and did an overlay. I thought it wasn't so bad until he totally applied color to my nails I did not want. I asked for a glitter color and he told me to pick a "background " color. I thought it would turn out okay since I picked a color really close to the glitter color I wanted. When he applies the coat, he only applied 1 coat. The nails looked so poorly done. It seemed like my daughter did the job.when I asked for a wax, I told the lady specifically what area, and she went and waxed my entire face. I like how they expect a tip at the end. They're rude and very inconsiderate.

made an appointment for the same day for my daughter and I to get pedicures. Showed up at the appointment time and were taken right away.
Update-I went today and they have all new spa chairs and work stations. Love it!
