I Get a pedicure here every two weeks. There’s this one lady that gave me numbing cream and was gentle when I told her I had a ingrown. This other lady I got today was mad about it. I get it. Ingrowns aren’t easy too work with. I just got lucky that First Lady helped me. Sadly she wasn’t there today so I just took whoever: I love my set tho.
Horrible experience. Threatened to call the cops because I asked for my nail shape to be adjusted to the coffin shape I asked for. It was very humiliating to be treated that way in front of other customers; they asked me to leave and that they didn’t even want me to pay. I came in with GelX nails (in good condition) and I wasn’t willing to leave with messed up nails. They don’t listen or care about the customers. I had asked for my nailed to be fixed and other customers near me also thought the shape he gave me wasn’t coffin or symmetrical. Threatening to call the COPS over this is really messed up and the message is received. NEVER GOING BACK!
First time here!! And Julie made me feel like I was walking on clouds. I definitely will male it an effort to come to this nail salon more often. Staff has Good customer service well the ones that spoke did..... Decent prices is a plus
JV and Amy worked on me as soon as I walked in. JB and I talked with each other the entire time he was doing my nails. Amy did an amaaaaaaaazing job on my feet. I love a digger and she pulled out ingrowns I didn't even know I had. Her massages were deep tissue and I loved it! Great customer service and the price was great as well!! Both my nails and feet turned out just the way I wanted them! Will definitely be returning!

Prices aren’t stable, they will tell you something then at the end it’s another price. Didn’t do a good job to remove a jelx nails for my wife
