I had my hair highlighted and the first experience the appointment went late into the night, the staff could not figure out how to use the register, I never received a receipt that they told me they would email, but I was very happy with the hair color and cut so I assumed it was a rough day for the Salon and things would be better the next time so I returned 2 1/2 months later for touch up. The return was a mistake! It was a late appointment and I was the only customer we’ll into the evening again. The stylist was chatting with a co worker most of my appointment as if I was not there. She was rough pulling on my hair constantly even when I continually told her it hurt. The cashiers wanted to charge me out for the visit while I still had foils in my hair. I believe the stylish may have left the foils in to long as she rushed me to the sink and pulled on my hair again trying to get the foils out quickly. She used some kind of dark rinse and failed to wash it out of my face on eyes. I told her my eyes were irritated and she said they were fine. It was dark outside and inside the salon so I could not see that she had left color on my skin and in my eyes. I did tell her my root area looked very dark and she said it was the lighting. She and the cashier rushed me out of the Salon. I drove home feeling irritated with my skin feeling itchy and hot. I live 15 minutes from the Salon, when I got home I realized all the color stain on my skin and near my eyes I called the Salon and the answering system. I left a message and received no call backq. I tried again to call several times over the following days and always the voicemail. My hair color looked awful but I was fearful to let them touch my hair again. I never did receive and receipts for either visit which both exceeded $260. I felt devalued and treated horribly. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I feel I need to make people away of what I went through.

I'd never gotten a manicure before, but was required to get one prior to a commercial photo shoot. I chose Pure Salon because I saw they did things more naturally, and I tend to react to chemicals, so I hit them up.

The receptionist was very kind and gracious answering my questions and recommending things (I needed to get clear nail polish and she recommended the clear gel with a pinkish hue for natural looking yet long lasting nails).

When I got there, Makynna did an AMAZING job! She put me at ease. Explained each step. And listened to my chatter (I talk a lot when I'm nervous). She made me feel cared for and appreciated as a customer. And the job she did on my nails!!! I shall go into the photoshoot and hold those products with confidence! The client wanted natural looking nails with their products and by golly they'll get amazing natural looking nails, thanks to Makynna and Pure Salon.

Awesome nail salon! I have taken my five year old daughter a couple times so far and she's had an absolute blast! The service was amazing and the nail art is great too. The salon is very clean and the interior design is fresh and cool. They also use all natural products so I wasn't worried about exposing my daughter to harsh chemicals. All in all a great experience! Highly recommended! My daughter and I will be regulars!

I talked to the owner prior to making an appointment to have highlights done to my hair. I was informed it would cost $125. This is pretty typical cost for highlights.

I arrived on the scheduled day, Gillian began applying hair solution and foils to my hair. I wanted blond highlights. It seemed to take forever as she was very slow.

Gillian acted bizarre after shampooing the chemicals out of my hair and recommended I add a toner (never had toner before).

I decided to leave my hair wet as I did not want it blow-dryed.

When I was ready to pay, the owner states "$275.00" was what I owed! UNBELIEVABLE! More than double the quote! When I got home and looked in the mirror I noticed my hair was white! Not blonde! I washed my hair and a huge gob of hair came right out and it was mostly white. My hair was also extremely dry and brittle. I had another appointment with a professional hair dresser and was informed that my hair was badly over treated!

The owner is extremely rude and obviously a liar! Her employee Gillian needs more training! Don't go here...unless you want your hair to fall out!

I love this high end salon. It's very classy and elegant. They offer only the Best natural hair and skin products by Aveda. The staff is very professional. And it's a very relaxing and beautiful environment. It's very open and a beautiful beautiful view of tubs hill and the park.

I REALLY enjoyed my pedi yesterday! Rochelle Farley was VERY informative, professional & sweet! She kept asking if I liked each stage of the process, which I appreciated! I felt like that was a great personal touch! Due to the fact that I received a gel pedi, it may be awhile before I need another one, but I will DEFINITELY pick GLOSS & Rochelle Farley for that service!

Great place! The Aveda oils mixed into the foot scrub and lotions are so relaxing and soothing to my senses. The mani-pedi I purchased was through Groupon and was a good deal. The atmosphere and decor are modern & hip feel, very cute nail salon. I will definitely return here.

I am a barbershop owner and this is the only salon I refer women to. Rochelle and her team are unbelievably talented!
