My mom has been buying products from this lady for years for my hair and she's so sweet and I always find what I need in her shop and it's easy to communicate with her because we are both Jamaican
I wanted to give this store five stars... The reason I want to give this store five stars is because of the customer service excellent excellent customer service, very friendly service with a smile, very warm and engaging with the customers. However the stores interior is very small cramped and crowded and I felt like going down each aisle my shoulders would touch the shelves on each side of the aisle... If not for that I would have given this store five stars.
My go to hair supply store! Staff is friendly and helpful. As for the variety of products you will find a lot!
Port Saint Lucie discount beauty supply sold me expired lotion, and when I came back to exchange it, the clerk denied me because everything in the store is expired. They only do exchanges, but there were no goods available to exchange since everything we looked at was expired.
Ordered some hair products and the owner made it his business to pick it personally in another county.
