Great place for a gel pedicure ! Super friendly staff, we came in on a Sunday as most shops were closed, we called at 1215 to see if they can take us and they said to come in at 1245 and we were done 115. Coming from California I thought it would have taken 1hr+ but it was so quick and they cleaned up my toes really well. Not sure why all the negative review but this place was great ! Mahalo for such excellent service !
Made an appointment to get some pretty simple acrylics, the girl doing my nails put the second nail on a little crooked and when I asked her to fix it she told me she “needed to make it that way because your finger is broken” and after I asked if she’d just make it the same direction of my natural nail she stopped completely and called over the receptionist. The receptionist then told me that they don’t have time to do my nails nicely today because they’re overbooked and there’s people waiting and that I need to come back tomorrow if I want my nails to be done good and not crooked. The whole conversation lasted longer than it would’ve taken to just fix the crooked nail, and they sent me out of the salon with my two nails wrapped in tin foil soaking in nail polish remover. Overall they were just very rude to me right from the beginning and I would recommend finding better service elsewhere.
Worst. Experience. Ever. Don't waste your money unless you like unprofessional rude nail technicians who don't actually fulfill what the pedicure/ manicure description says and argue when you bring it up. One man said my daughter's feet were"dirty", stated loudly in the "salon" with other patrons around, after she asked if he could do the cuticles on her feet. They also wanted to add an additional $5 to put color on the pedicure. Huh? Isn't the nail color included in the price? Apparently not. Seriously, check out the other reviews. I wish we had before we paid for such an unpleasant experience!
Sabrina is a very good nail tech.
However I’ve had many issues using this nail salon. They are very unorganized, I’m never gone in and been seated at my scheduled time. There have been multiple occasions where I’ve had to wait over 45 mins or more even tho I called ahead and scheduled an appointment. I’ve had my appointment given away. Many times I’ve called and they don’t even bother to answer the phone.
While visiting the island..I needed my nails done. They couldn’t get me in right away when I walked in..but gave me a time to come back and they did a beautiful job on my nails! Highly recommend!
I tried two other places in town that were too busy to fit me in for a pedicure. I walked into this place and immediately sat down and the manicurist got to work right away. There was nothing super fancy about this pedicure… but it was proficient and well done. The establishment is larger than it might appear, with 5 nail stations and 6 pedicure chairs.
This might not be the place to go if you’re looking for a fancy spa experience, but it was very clean, everyone was friendly, and the prices were lower than I expected. Would absolutely come here again.
I’ve gone to Professionail every time I needed a gel or gel-acrylic manicure for nearly a decade and am consistently pleased with the owner’s work and professionalism. She helped me pick my natural color today for a prettier summer look and I am so happy with it. My friends always enjoy their experience here, too, on our girls-day outings!
DONT GO THERE! I was going too try this place cause my friend recommended. My regular place did a great job but was way to expensive so I thought I’d try here. The man that did them had no idea how to do French tip. My nails are totally different sizes and length. The color is all blontchy. NOT HAPPY!
