Stopped by for a standard men's haircut yesterday. Nothing special...just a simple cut. I waited for about 40 minutes which is understandable for a walk in service. The stylist who took me spent a total of 15 minutes to cut my hair and didn't trim any other things like eyebrows or ear hair which the majority of all other barbers always do. When I got home, I noticed she had completely removed one sideburn and left the other side about 1.5 inches long. Crazy. Also, the side where the sideburn was cut short was neatly trimmed vs the opposite side that was not trimmed well at all. This place pumps out the customers as fast as they can with little regard to a quality cut. Would not recommend and would not go back.
Tired of the “ i dont want to do my job” business moto- haircuts are hit or miss… very average- been politely dealing with that for years… last straw was on a Sunday- arrived at 4:11- to be told … “nooo were not taking anyone, we close at 5” NOT ACCORDING TO YOUR SIGNAGE!!!

Shanna is very good at what she does, I only go when I know she is there. I got her by default when my previous cutter moved on. No complaints here. Always quick & bubbly with a positive personality.
The front desk is is completely incompetent. They cannot manage who is actually next or keep anything organized with names and wait lists. It is very plain inside and the acoustics are terrible, so loud in there even when not that busy. You get what you pay for as they say. I would rather pay twice as much and not have a 30 minute wait that takes two hours because they cannot even contact the right person who is next! Never going back and it's a shame because the stylists are good.

Just an average haircut nothing special for the amount of money they’re charging I think I’ll go back to the barbershop I only pay $15 for a haircut
Eliza my stylist did an amazing job! The business is beyond clean and everyone is so friendly!! The price was so much lower then other places I've been and I like my hair better done here then any other place ive been! And she did my brows perfect!!
Great haircut, never have had a bad cut. Fantastic hairdressers, of busy, you give phone number and you can get a call when ready
