Super friendly staff. I just walked during the middle of the week around lunch time. Only had to wait about 10 minutes. She listened to my instructions and gave me a really great haircut. The neck shave and head massage was a bonus.
I just found my new barber so I'm coming back every 3 weeks.
This lady gave me a nice haircut and nice hair wash and nice treatment, haircut looked great and I was pleased.
The cost 21 dollar for hair and they are quick and friendly. They are very experienced. Definitely would recommend it. Don't feel strange about them talking in their language. Promise you they are not talking about you.

Everyone here is amazing, and so nice! My son has been going to Phillip for a few years now. He takes his time, and does a great job every single time. Definitely recommend Pro@Barber, and it's always worth the wait!

Very professional excellent customer service even it was very busy but all associate were greeting every customer and saying goodbye. Staff was able to follow instructions very well.. Only one thing noticed due to virus situation not Disinfecting the seats properly which should be their 1st priority.
Over all good experience. Definitely recommend and going back again.
I’ve been coming to this barber for three years and they’re the best in Springfield! They provide a quality haircut, they’re very kind and polite, affordable and they give a bonus neck and head massage. But come early and/or go on weekdays because they get packed fast.
