Not impressed! Never asked if I was ok with shape when I asked him fix fix one he seemed irritated and rushed the rushed the whole time, yet there was no one else was there. Originally I asked for something in specific and if he was able to and he just kept talking about prices which I never asked I just wanted to know if he could. So I just got something simple so I could just get out. Also was not very clean. I wanted to try out a new place but will not go back there!
Got my toes done here, the younger girl did a great job. I was so impressed and happy with how they came out. Came back bc of her service and got a full set acrylic manicure. The ugliest shape and acrylic over lay. That old guy does not know how to shape or lay acrylic. Glue all over my fingers. No worries I gave him 0 tip and went home and reshaped and fixed them. Do not got acrylic nails done there. Excellent pedicure, negative stars for the acrylic set. So that's why the 3 star.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Very bad service and hurt my hands. Also they look horrible the paint is all chunky and I wanted red and they gave me pink.

Pro nails is the only nail salon I have gone to since moving to Springfield 4 years ago. I've always had an okay experience, never exceptional. Today I had the gentleman do a pedicure and I also asked for a manicure only to have my cuticles done: no color.
The pedicure was next to nothing and lasted a whole 15 minutes from start to finish. He literally lightly massaged my feet for 10 seconds each (yes, I counted during the second foot- when the first foot took literally seconds)
When he finished with my less than 10 minute manicure for cuticles there were still hangnails and skin on my nail. He had filed my nails and they were so rough I smoothed them out while I was waiting for my pedicure to dry. I then asked him to redo my cuticles and I was scolded for pushing back my cuticles, which I did not do. When he redid them the cuticle clippers was full of removed cuticle. He showed it to me, I'm not sure why, and I told him it was because the first time he did it he did not do a thorough job.
This "wonderful" experience cost me $59. I will not be going back to this salon, nor would I recommend it to friends.
Very horrible customer service. The guy doing my nails was rude and pushy. I will not be going back. It was extremely unsanitary too. Absolutely the worst experience ever!!
My new favorite place. Friendly staff you can communicate & interact with. If I had to pick something, I would say their tub/basin water wasn't warm/hot enough. But other than that... I'm a fan !, I'll be back. Reasonable prices.
I've been going to them for almost 10 years and they have always met my expectations. I get various shapes and colors all the way to the classic French. I couldn't be happier with their product. As a licensed nail technician myself, I feel the quality of the product is a lot better than most other salons and last a lot longer. I have oily nail beds so to keep Nails on me is quite the challenge, but they never lived ever!! Great job Pro Nails!
