I usually love what this place does but the girl that did my nails today was rushing me out of the chair and did a sloppy job and didn't do anything when I said that I didn't like it, she got nail polish on my skin half of my thumbnail isn't painted and it looks like a kid painted my nails. My nails are obviously not shaped they aren't even smooth there is a jagged piece on my pointer finger and she wouldn't fix it nor do I want her near my nails next time I come in.
I don't get my nails done often and I really didn't know what to ask for but the man was patient with me as we figured out what I wanted
They look awesome and I didn't know they glow in the dark till I got home which was awesome.
Now the bad part of the experience was the lady who did my eyebrows. She was cold but that didn't matter when I went to check out she said $55. I handed her a 50 dollar gift card and a 20 dollar bill and she handed me back a 5. I was going to tip the gentleman who did my nails because he spent am hour on me opposed to the 2 seconds her job took. And it's super unprofessional to take the tip out yourself so I probably won't be back.
I’m originally from the Stillwater area and was in Sand Springs with some free time. I decided to come try this place after seeing the beautiful nails on their Facebook page. I had Helen for my walk-in appointment and she was absolutely wonderful! Turns out she is the one who paints and posts all of the nail art on FB! I showed her the inspo pic and she executed them perfectly!!! Everyone in the shop had to come take a peek because her work was so beautiful ☺️ she politely asked if she could take a pic for FB and of course I let her! I expected just a little quick pic on her phone but nope! She pulled out all the stops bringing out the faux fur rug, ring light and expertise posing of my hands! (I felt like a model lol) I am writing this after a week of having them on, and I’m happy to report that they look just as perfect and glossy as the first day!! No fading, chipping, breaking… NOTHING! From start to finish this was THE BEST nail salon experience I have ever had and will be making the drive just so Helen will do my nails again!
Today was my third or fourth visit to this nail salon. My husband’s friend actually recommended it, thinking this is where his wife went (but it isn’t, haha!). I fell into a gold mine of a nail salon! Each time I have been in, they were busy but fast. Also very thorough. Each nail tech asked each time, multiple times during the process of doing my nails if I was liking them and made sure I liked them before paying for them. I am terrible with names so don’t remember their names, but the girls who sit at the first two stations are phenomenal and very friendly, as well as skilled! Thankful to have found a great nail salon here in sand springs.
I always leave happy and never have any complaints- today was exceptionally great though. I got a pedicure and manicure and my boyfriend got a manicure(finally). He said he will definitely be going back with me.
Service was great, they even stayed late for us.
My issue was they up charge on everything W/o informing of the up charge. I picked a color, she told me I needed a different polish (same color)
Boom $15 up charge
$35 pedi turned into $50 pedi
$35 full set turns into a $50 set bc of getting them polished, then if you want them rounded like natural nails $5 up charge, making it a $55 set. I felt like they were taking advantage of their customers.
They did a great job on the actual services,
But I was disappointed in the transparency.

I didn’t go with another girl, so the prices should have been told to me directly. Like I said I had no issue with the services, but we expected one price and the total was almost $60 more bc of all the up charges that we were not told.
I mean, just plain rude. Kept hitting my feet during pedicure instead of asking me to put them up. I got smacked for putting them up and down. She got mad when I said I didn’t want shellac. My third time in here and they are always rude. Never again.
I’ve been here many times. Most of the time it goes great. Sometimes not: but to make sure I was satisfied after a misunderstanding on my last visit that left me with nails I didn’t like aesthetically, I am going to be honest. I respect them as a business and they will have my service again.
After the mishap, they reached out to me and redid my nails for me.
They turned out beautifully and I even got a pedicure.
Sometimes visits don’t always go as planned but Pro Nails has gone above and beyond more than once for me to make sure I was satisfied. So my rating will go back up with that!
