After sitting and waiting several minutes with another lady, a girl walks in and asked if it was a bad time. If so, she could come back tomorrow. She said that she didn't have an appointment. They say no, 5 mins. Within 5 mins, the last lady that came in, was seated at a station. Then she comes and gets the lady that had been waiting with me. The nail tech said the last lady had appointment. No she didn't, she stated that when she came in. Needless to say, I left. After she lied and played favorites, I wasn't about to give them any of my money. Bad atmosphere, unfriendly, go elsewhere.
I have been going to this salon since 2017. Every time I go I have a wonderful experience. Granted, sometimes there is a long wait but they get extremely buy and that’s everywhere anymore. They are always so kind, do an amazing job and are super kind to my daughter when I bring her. I’ll never understand how this place ever gets a bad review. This will always be my place!
Got a fill in with a new color, very pleased with the out come. At first I thought my nails looked amazing but the nail polish they use is very cheap or they did something wrong. My step sister and I both got our nails done and both of our nails started loosing color at the tips.... This place is great for quick service but you get what you pay for. The pictures include before and after just 1 week to the day.
They do a great job @ a great prices. You defiantly need any appointment for the weekend & they don't accept credit cards. Cash & checks only
I did my gel on Monday and it's already chipping
I dont know why I have to pay $40 to have my mani last for 3days
I will never come to this place again. She charged me the same price for a fill in as if I would have gotten a fresh set. I was told because I do not have the “normal short nail beds” that it will be a higher charge and that it uses more product. As she did the fill in, she used very very small amount of acrylic that my nails didn’t even last a full week. Very disappointed and will never return.
It is a beautiful salon but the nail tech did not give me the look I wanted my nails look like Fred Flintstone fingers. If I return I want a different nail tech.
i walked in and it was about 45 mins before closing, i just wanted to get my nails painted and they wouldn’t take me. lost a new customer
