I can only speak for me. I only get pedicures an always request the same lady. Excellent Job!

This the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I spent $102 there and the service they provided wasn’t even worth a penny. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! My nails are uneven, they didn’t cover the whole nail on several nails, my toenail polish is full of bubbles, and they left polish under my nails. I came with my sister and her girlfriend and they both share my opinion of the place.
New to area and went here because a friend recommended it, but can definitely say I will not be back. Waited over an hour which was expected because it was a Saturday. But the lady clearly didn’t know what she was doing. The shape I asked for, she said she couldn’t do because it would be too short. The lady showed her the girl next to me to show that it is possible to get that shape, but it turned out terrible. My nails were lumpy and lopsided. Not at all a coffin shape. When I explained to my friend the experience she stated that, that lady normally does pedicures so they probably had her doing nails since it was quite a few people waiting. There are so many other options in the area and I will definitely be trying those out instead.
I drive thirty minutes away to come to this shop!! They do an incredible job. Anytime I come in wanting a certain design or shape they’re on it. My nails have never looked so good!! T and his wife are amazing at their craft.
Worse nail shop I ever been to!!! Doesn’t know how to do ombré or marble nails, also started over on 1 nail 6 times and still did not do the shape correctly!! Also I never got up to wash my nails off after he filed them he painted over the DUST!! He was upset when I started to tell him I didn’t like how my nails were turning out! All around the shop is just horrible! ALL OF MY NAILS ARE DIFFERENT SHAPES!!
i've been going here for months and i've never had an issue until today. there was a tech i've never had do my nails before and she was just very aggressive. there was one point she had got some glue and acrylic on my skin and i kindly asked her if she could remove it. she said she wasn't done and asked if i could wait til she moved back to that hand to get it off. i told her no because it was starting to burn. she got an attitude from there on. when she buffed my nails, she kept going over the skin on my fingers and i now have some cuts from her just being too rough. i went in for a fill and normally would pay $30. i was charged $42 this time and all i got was just a regular black coat. i loved going here but unfortunately after today, they will no longer be receiving my business.
