I paid $80 plus a $20 tip for gel mani and pedi just for the polish to start peeling off 3 days after. I am very disappointed! I wasted my money and time. Also it was so hot in the shop my silk press was sweating out.
The lady that did my nails did NOT do a good job at ALL!!! She cut them all uneven and ruined my current overlay that I have on my natural nails by clipping them down with the wrong pair of nail clippers...she didn't get all of the old polish off or anything...I now have to go to another shop and pay more money to get my nails fixed ????????????if I could give this place a 0 I would!!!
Update: 8/28/20 To say they always did good nails the service they have now is ridiculous dont go unless you like waiting. Waited two hours for them to start filing someone else's nails when clearly I was here first why my nails weren't filled and cleaned first. I understand he dont do nails but why is filing hers first and I been here two hours. Crazy cause I been going here for a year now. Only stopped because of covid. Ridiculous
I really like going to get my pedicure. They make my feet and legs feel wonderful. My feet also look so pretty.
I don’t know if I’m crazy or not but my nails most definitely aren’t suppose to look like this , I got gel nails and they are loose already I got my nails done Saturday my nails became loose Tuesday . I spent a good bit on these nails just for them to not last at least 2 weeks ! Wasted money , then my eyebrows she didn’t follow my original shape , she say she cleaned them up but my eyebrows have no arch or anything they just not it , I always go to healthy nails for my eyebrow waxing me ! Next time I’ll just get a overlay I cannot ! So mad
Very pushy about getting gel polish to charge additional $20 up charge. She was friendly until I didnt want the color she suggested; and claimed 2 not have a matching regular polish for my toes, and didnt bother trying 2 look for one. Yet she offer to polish my toes in gel for another $20. She Rushed shaping and polish once a regular customer came in for service. Im not sure if ill return.
Horrible experience! Nail tech rushed my nails after stopping to do eyelashes on another customer. Worst $45 ever! For a simple overlay on short natural nails.
Went there Sat for a refill and got the tiger eye gel polish. Polish was put on thick! By Mon 2 nails had polish lifting. Went back Mon, place was closed. Went Tues, she got a nasty attitude saying that’s never happened before with polish lifting. She filed 1 nail with the lifting polish, the other she put black polish without adding the tiger eye color. Then she fussed the whole time telling me she made no money they day before. Hey not my fault. I paid $60 on Sat for acrylic refill with gel polish and brows waxed and yet she get an attitude with me because she f’d up my nails… nah lol never again!
