First time here. No appointment walked in and was immediately seated. Nice lady did a great job on my eyebrows even my husband liked it.

The lady who did my eyebrows was very nice and the shop was clean, she did a great job shaping them, she took her time and made sure they were clean and I wasn't in the chair for more than 15 minutes! I honestly wouldn't recommend coming here if you're looking for an eyebrow slit, she said it was her first time doing it and a piece of my eyebrow is still missing, I went in 2-3 weeks ago and it still looks normal if I fill it in but as someone who doesn't normally do make up it is kind of a pain to do that everyday

She was very gentle to my eyebrows! Even though my eyebrows were overgrown she took her time to ensure that the service was correct. Great experience and I am happy with my eyebrows!

I love Namita. I've been coming to her for years but she hasn't been there in a few months and she left someone else to run her business. I don't let anyone do my brows but I figured if Namita trusted her with her business, then she must be really good. Well, this new lady did an absolute horrible job. She left a bunch of hair behind after she said she was done, and left them really uneven. She also took a big chunk of skin that took forever to heal, and I had a big event to attend the next day and my brows just looked terrible. She still charged me full price, and I paid out of respect for Namita. But I'm so disappointed, and Namita still isn't back. Unfortunately, I won't return.

Love Namita, she is a sweetheart. Its been over a year I'm going there, I have recommended everyone at my work place to visit her for their eyebrows. Reasonable prices, gives detailed attention to give you the best service and makes sure you leave happy. She'll ask you every time "Are you happy" after doing whatever service you want.

Great detail when it comes to doing eyebrows. So sharp and precise. I love how accommodating they are when I come last minute from work even. Very friendly family. Defiantly the best in the Colonie region.
