I have been coming to this beauty supply for years and I never had a problem until recently. I always go to this store because they have a variety of lashes. One of the workers even know me by lash number I get. Usually I always get the same lashes, but sometimes I like to switch it up. As I was selecting my lashes, one of the ladies came to the aisle
and stood there watching me the whole time while picked my lashes. Never asked me can she help me with anything. I felt so uncomfortable. I walked over to go grab some beads for my daughters hair, and she follow me to that aisle. Mind you I’ve been coming to the store for years for the same thing I have never stole anything in my entire life for these people to watch me watch me like that. I would never go back. You don’t treat people like that. I did not have anything to put a stolen item in. I hate when stores treat black people like they are thieves. Don’t have a business targeting Black people if you’re going treat them like that.
Love this place. They have a wide range of natural hair products. Always fully stocked.

Its ok, the older employees are very impatient, the language barrier is terrible and they get frustrated easily when speaking to them. There is a young lady that works occasionally and she is nice and patient. I need a black owned beauty supply where the people treat you with respect and can understand what the customers are saying.
