I came to Pretty Nails for the first time back in 2018, and I’ve been coming here ever since. Kevin ALWAYS does an amazing job. The shape, the color, the quality of the sets and fills - top notch. I’ve tried other nail places in between here and there, but I always come back to Pretty Nails (specifically Kevin) because their work is better than the other places I’ve tried. I’ve had everything from ombré, marble, different designs, and just plain color. Always on point!
i have been a frequent client to this salon for about half a year now. every time i go i leave completely satisfied and excited about my nails. kevin is amazing at what he does and always impresses. i will continue going back!
Very nice and clean. Techs are nice. The only thing is I wish they did better nail art. I have to come home and do my own. At least one person should be schooled in this. But otherwise nice place.
Absolute worst experience, I've given them more than one chance both times I have been there ots been very disappointing. 1st of all their nail polishes are old, very few colors unless you get gel. They rush you and and most don't understand anything you're saying There is one older woman in particular that does a very poor job on polishing these are how my nails look just 2 days after my manicure that they refused to redo and fix
I thought my nails looked good until I left and looked at it at home. I got fake nails on my toe and it’s not even the same shape. It’s not square as it’s supposed to be. Seems like she cut more then she was supposed to. And she charged me 67$ not worth it. Never going back.
I took my boyfriend for mani pedis (i got acrylics and he just got his nails cleaned up). Everyone was fabulous, great service at a great price. I will definitely be back
Maricela did the brides nails and did an amazing job. Spent a good amount of time on her nails and let her pick her sent for the soak scrub mask and lotion. If every1 was like this I would give it a 5star. However none of the rest of us was offered the same option and felt like we were a little rushed through. I do have to say every1 was very nice and polite and the place is comfortable. It was also great to see good sanitation practices and steps were taken. I will be going back. :)
I have gone to this location for a multitude of different services and have always enjoyed my experience. I come in more frequently for waxed eyebrows than other services. Everyone is always polite, courteous and helpful. The manager is amazing and always professional. It’s a great environment, especially if you’re looking to find a new place for your spa services. I have been coming since 2017 and we are in 2023. Trust me, they will take care of you. Sometimes there is a wait which is to be expected in a GREAT service industry especially on weekends. I definitely recommend.
