anyone with vision can see that this haircut is not good, but for whatever reason when I brought my complaint to the manager Tina she couldn’t understand what was wrong. I’ve had so many bad experiences at this salon i don’t know why I went back. I needed a trim and flat iron for my birthday the next day and I thought it was simple enough for any hairdresser to do. I was wrong. $70 later and my hair was botched. I hate it here.

I haven't gotten a haircut in 5 years, the artist did a wonderful job and definitely deserved the tip I gave. I'd recommend this place to anyone. It was fast service, no waiting. Nice people and energy.

My 17 year old daughter was in desperate need of a highlight refresh for a formal dance - of course last minute

… and after calling half a dozen places we’ve gone to before - they had no appointments that fit timing after school.

I sent a Facebook message - late, after hours to prestige Salon at Trumbull mall and they responded immediately next morning …

I booked an appointment that day and Albana, the stylist assigned, did the MOST amazing job ever!!!

I feel bad for this because the guy was super nice but, we agreed a 1/2 length fade on the sides which was fine. We agreed on a little off the top and he proceeded to take a buzzer straight to the top of my head. My hair hasn’t been this short in over 10 years i am very disappointed. :/

A little pricey they look like barber students and they don’t do shape ups with blaze. Customer experience is good. I’ve been there a few times best barber I’ve seen there so far is latesa person

My hairstylist (??) was on phone through out my hair wash, haircut. was talking loudly with someone on phone n stopped only once to ask, do you need layers, another time before ending haircut to tell I got good hair. I tried to stop n tell her 2-3 times that I needed different than what she was doing , all I got was 'aha' n a nod. I could see other hair stylists in the salon having a conversation with their customers or quote while giving a haircut. this is a pathetic experience. How did the owners of the business allow them to be on phone while on the job (who ever they are)

I took my daughter Hailey to get her hair partially highlighted today and it looks great. Virginia did an awesome job with her hair. This was our first time getting something like that done and we love it.

They do fantastic work for a fair price. I’ve only been with one of the barbers Benni, and he has never let me down!
