I made an appointment for my son a few days ago. Each day I did get text reminders about appointment. Today we showed up 15 minutes early for appointment. Barber explained to us he was booked up. I told him I had made an appointment. Barber then tells me other barber called out today. As a result could not honor appointment. No phone call either to notify of cancellation of appointment. First time to this business since changing names, and will be last time.
They randomly cancelled the appointment I made with three days of anticipation, with 20 minutes to go when I was already on my way to the barbershop. And then the guy wouldn’t stop asking me if I had an appointment to let me in with such a horrible attitude looking at me as if I didn’t belong there. Incredible lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Will never be back!
This place used to be very good when the old owners had it. When James sold out and moved to Florida, this place went straight into the toilet. They randomly cancel appointments with no notice, are rude to people that show up, and increased their prices. Hard pass on these guys, plenty better in town.
I’m treated like a gentlemen throughout every experience and don’t see how you can beat $22. Only drawback is that they’re low on staff.

It's actually called 'Swaggers'. Great place for men's, kids, teens haircuts/shape-ups/whatever you want, really. They can do 'modern' or 'alternative' styles too. Sorry, I'm old and don't know what they're called lol. They could probably do weird colors too. Nice place though. The owner has been cutting hair for a while and he seems like a good guy. A young girl cut my hair. It only cost $15! I expected to pay more, so I gave her a nice tip lol.
