Went there for a pedicure with French paint. It took the young man a total of 10 minutes start to finish. No base coat, no polish on my toes except for white tip and top coat. Had to ask if he would remove ingrown nails. I thought it was expensive for what I got.
Made a last minute appointment and they were so speedy and my nails came out beautiful!
I'm male & Transgender & they were great to me & I love my nails.
First and foremost, my toes look fine. The color is pretty - not a fan of the shape but they grow quickly.
That said, the experience wasn't great. I felt rushed - which normally i'm all about getting in and getting out but not without the foot rub/leg rub experience. That's the whole reason I go to get pedicures. This is second time this place has made it a less than relaxing experience as far as pedicures go. The first time I left with blood on me from them scrapping too hard. This time I Ieft with no foot rub and barely any leg rub which is my FAVORITE Part and really the only reason I get pedicures. To make it worse, when I addressed the fact that I didn't get a foot rub, the lady announced that she had given me a foot rub. She had barely slapped lotion on my legs WHILE my feet were still under the lamp. But gaslit me and said she had done it and had all of their staff thinking she had done it as well. It almost made me feel like I was wrong for having said anything. She offered to do it but it was past the point of making it right and would have been completely awkward to sit back down and have someone rub your feet when you just announced they didn't do the work.
I had a gift certificate this time from my kiddos and husband for mothers day and thought I would give them a second chance but I won't be back now. It was embarrassing and I felt weird even having to ask for a foot rub while getting a pedicure.
I'm not picky but do expect a foot rub when I pay or use a gift card for a pedicure.

Went to this salon while on vacation and was very pleased. Had dip manicure and pedicure and it was done safely and professionally. Great to find a place like this when not at home.
Very friendly staff. They always use new and sanitized tools which are opened in front on you. They take their time and never rush. Excellent job every time!
This is the only place I go to have my nails done. Great service even when they are super busy. Very nice nail techs. They always go over pricing at the time of service. I decided to add a manicure and before they began they gave me the total price. They have never cut my cuticles far enough to make them bleed and I have never felt a burn from the dremel tool. They always fit me in even when I come in later than usual. Definitely 100% recommend!!
I have been going to this salon as a regular for over five years. Hands down the best salon. I moved out of Charlestown and continue to the make the drive even though it is out of my way. The color selection is large but more important they do good work and the salon is clean! I wish they would open a salon in Jeffersonville!
