I love them ???? I felt pampered when ii came in as if they already knew that I had previous issues with another nail tech that morning before them . The guy who shaped n cut my nails is sweet he explains things nice and respectful if you have concerns. I don't feel rushed or uncomfortable or ignored and they did a great job and saved my new years in a little over a hour very quick . Thank you all and I will definitely be returning

First time there today and I left as a happy customer. I can’t remember her name I think it’s Trish (sorry) but she did amazing!!! I got a wax, manicure and pedicure. She took the time to explain the different options I had and recommended what she thought would be best for a mom of a baby. My toe nail was hurting and I let her know where and she took care of my nail. I’m definitely going back and the price was good for the good service received.
I asked for a manicure with acrylic nails. The technician didn’t trim the cuticles or anything like that. The tech just puts the nails on and was super rough on my hands and look annoyed the entire time. The nails are patchy, have air bubbles, and horribly shaped. They’re super thick and uneven. The place is also very unclean/sanitary. Then at the end the tech was sighing and tapping their foot as my nails dried. I felt too uncomfortable to say anything and wanted to get out of there immediately. Waste of money and time.
Here on a girls trip, we visit this part of Washington every year. We each got a pedicure. Tools used during service seemed clean and the employees were kind. Taking a closer look during my pedicure service and noticed that massage chair remotes, chair side tables, counter tops and bathroom baseboards are not clean which is concerning. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.
I love my nails. I got a full set yesterday and was glad to be accommodated an hour before closing. Great job! Staff was so nice!
I have only gone once so far, but my nails look amazing! I had a beautiful French tip pedicure and the most gorgeous dipped nails done. I walked in when they first opened. But i highly recommend making an appointment. I was seen right away because I was the first in there, but it got busy fast!
I have never had better looking nails. They are exactly the length I want, the exact shape, and the exact color.
