I only go to Dana Hedrick but I think everyone I have had the pleasure of speaking to here is friendly and talented. The environment is pleasant and there is a coffee bar for clients/guests. I think pricing is individual for the most part but I think that what I have paid has always been fair. Don't forget to tip your stylist!

I came in and booked with Olivia and had and excellent service! They took me as a walk in and I needed a big chop, went from mid back hair to a pixie cut then we did fit me in for some eyebrow waxing and a new color as well! They had very high energy and I loved working with them they made me feel great! And my hair looks even greater!

Honestly upset that when I get home I notice my hair is not even close to being even! I never leave messages but definitely should have not paid full price until stylist is trained now I have to get it fixed! The color is not what I asked for but I guess my idea of blonde is different maybe show color swatches! Honestly upset I tried a new salon and definitely should have stuck with my original

I asked her make a highlight like a photo in pratt image Facebook page but she is very very slow she did the side and getsready and the other side its not ready

So my hair now is rainbow ???? when i told them I don't like it it's not like a picture they told me this picture make editing or photoshop!!! It's from your page ?!!!! By the way ????

The big problem when she wash my hair she's very tired to reach the other side so the dye not removed from my head i got irritant and when i back i wash it ????

Omg it's a bad salon i hope I will not see like that in the future!!!

Pratt Image is the best hair salon I've been too. They have been my hair salon for about 20 years. So upbeat and friendly. They are very knowledgeable, they know just what to do and how to do it with your hair. The atmosphere there... You can't help but leave in a very positive and happy state! Thank you Ryan and Amy Pratt and all of the team.

They did a great job with my wedding party. We were about thirty minutes late to our appointment but they made sure to get us all made up, hair and makeup, for my big day. They were awesome.

I see Tabby Gerken here. I did not know her before she started doing my hair, but she always makes me feel welcome. She does a FABULOUS JOB. Ryan, the owner, seems to send the employees to training often. I love going here!

Love this place! Ryan does a great job with cut and style and amazing color work! He knows what will work and what will look great! I always feel special there!
