Came for a look around the garden centre and thought we'd have some lunch... Ordered at 13:01 and at 13:45 we were still waiting for 2 paninis and a toasted currant teacake. When asked how long it would take (after the 45minute wait), advised 5 minutes, however 15 minutes later nothing has arrived... Definitely not worth the wait!
Average food but service is great and friendly, helpful.
Ordered two children’s scampi, two special beef sandwich which was not special and not worth £11 each! Also ordered chilli beef nachos. Waited 50 minutes before asking for our food and was told it was not that long away. Another 10 minutes past and eventually got our food. Kids very agitated as they was hungry. Kids did enjoy their food however the adults meals was not all that for the price we paid.
Don’t mind food being a wait but there was no apology or anything!

Recommend the stem ginger ice cream but be careful when you order drinks. I was surprised to be given only one small jug of milk for two coffees and a tea. Even more surprised to be charged for extra milk.
Great place for a coffee and cake or a bit more if you fancy. Quick and friendly service.
The food is tasty although the cupcake a little dry sadly there wasnt machine decaf coffee, only if ordering the caffetiere (which costs more than a cappucino).
The initial table waiter was friendly and gave a good service, sadly service was poor indeed from then on in. Sadly i agree with the other reviews reg service below.

We ordered 2x full English and 2x small English breakfasts...the Bacon, beans and mushrooms were all microwaved with the bacon having the consistency and flavour of cardboard! The tomatoes on all 4 breakfasts was missing and when asked was told they had run out!!! Bear in mind it was 10.30 and they opened at 10am...at £9.50 it was a disgrace and will never go there again, we were given a largish tea pot with another of hot water...we paid for 4 which no way what was provided was sufficient...these dirty little tricks save the cafe a lot of money over the months but they will not be getting another penny out of my family. Avoid at all costs and go elsewhere where the food is fresh and cheaper ie. The Loft in Bingley.
