Love this place. Manager Mindy goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Staff is friendly and services are well priced. Business is super clean, sanitized, and recently renovated. It’s the only place I’ll go to get my nails done!
This is unbelievable, but I think this may be the best set of nails that I have had ever! this is my new favorite nail salon! my pictures are the best they can’t do them justice, but they are literally perfect. So much attention to detail. Usually I leave and I’m poking and picking up my nails, noticing everything wrong with him but wow these are amazing nails ????????????
I got a gel manicure from Mindy and she was the sweetest and paid so much attention to detail. I had gotten stuck in traffic and showed up 20 minutes late for my appointment but Mindy made me feel welcome anyway and didn’t make me feel bad for being so late. She conversed with me throughout the appointment and was one of the nicest and friendliest nail techs I’ve ever encountered. The other staff were also very friendly and genuinely kind people. I don’t live close to Posh at all and found them through Classpass, but will absolutely come back again and again because they are just such pleasant people and actually care so much to satisfy their customers. It is also a really clean salon and their tools look clean. I would recommend Posh to anyone who is looking for good prices, top-notch service, and great skills.
Awful experience . I called in for a gel appointment and once I arrived they told me to give them a minute I sat and they took 45 minutes to take me in , I would of appreciate it if they just told me to come in at a later time . The tech that did my nails was taking another client before me and she DID NOT CLEAN OR SANATIZE the things she used to do her nails , she just put them away and then proceed to do my nails with the dirty utensils. The nail filler they use is literally the ones from the dollar tree store , not professional at all for a nail salon, the lady did not even clean my nails properly and just spray alcohol over them even though I mentioned I had some cuts . Once she finished my nails she spray them with alcohol again and put a cotton ball on top ( it literally messed up and ruin my whole manicure and idk why she even did that ) , usually salons put an cuticles oil after your mani but I have never been to a salon where they spray you with alcohol right after . Before I was even done with my mani ( literally my hand was still on the gel machine ) , the lady told me that I needed to give her a $5 tip , I always tip when I go get my nails donde but I HAVE NEVER been demanded to tip so badly , I always tip 20% or more but my experience with this salon and service was awful , I was going back and forth with the lady and she just kept telling me I needed to tip her . With all of this mentioned I don’t recommend this salon at all . And there are better salons in slc that are cleaner and do have good attention .

Come back. But it is a small place. I like being in small quaint places. The mail techs always do a good job. They’re friendly and helpful.
I appreciate that they don’t have loud music playing. I appreciate that they have soothing things on their television rather than loud obnoxious music videos.
Prices are reasonable. They don’t try to up sell or over charge for services. They are not pushy about tipping. Very polite and wonderful
Posh nails has been my go to for the last five years!!! Mindy and the entire staff are amazing and i've never had a bad experience. They hold themselves to high standards and I always walk out of the salon with incredible nails that last weeks!
Brought my 7yo here for pedicures and she absolutely loved that they had chairs that were her size! They did a great job and I'll definitely be back
Love love LOVE Posh Nails!!!! I discovered them 3ish months ago and refused to go anywhere else after. They have been so professional, always do an amazing job, they remember me everytime I come in, always hook me up, & I LOVE the loyalty cards!!!
I had an emergency and had to go somewhere different 2 weeks ago and was LIVID with the results of my nails and how they refused to admit they messed up and wouldn't fix it.
Posh Nails is definitely the best nail salon I've ever been to and I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years. I live close to sugarhouse and drive all the way to this salon because it is WORTH IT I promise you will not be disappointed!!!
