This was our 1st time getting grooming services (bath & nail trim) for my pup Star ????. We are 100% satisfied with their services & professionalism. We took our Fox Terrier to Pooch Pizazz because we couldn't get an appointment elsewhere. Bene came out looking so dapper that we decided to book another appointment and take him there to help support both local grooming businesses in our immediate area. ????

My dog came back with shorter hair down to as shaved as it can be, which wasn’t what we asked for. His nails weren’t filed properly, they look like they’ve just been aggressively cut. Some uneven to others.

What I also can’t understand is how my dog ended up with so many razor burns, to the point where I had to go to the vet to get medication for him.

On top of that, my puppy was totally down after the haircut, completely to depressed levels. I don’t know what you guys did to him, but clearly it wasn’t done with love. I’d be wary to send your dogs to them, for all you know they could be mishandling/being rough with your dog. I don’t see how an energetic puppy could be completely depressed after an experience with groomers, when he’s had trims before where he was perfectly fine after.

Bad experience. Will never come here again. Very disappointed.

I've been bringing my furbaby???????? here for a few years now & they do a great job. I get the lion cut for my Maine Coon every spring/summer for an affordable price & she looks adorable. They're very animal friendly which is huge in my opinion. ????????????

I have been bring my Pup for years i just got a new puppy so i brought her and for the first time i was not happy i asked for a puppy cut and when my husband picked her up she looked exactly the same w a bow she was very hyper and nervous so it wasn’t safe for her to be cut i appreciate the staff
