This team of guys is the best! My son is 4 with sensory needs and Ralph was so sweet and kind to him. He showed him everything he was doing and made him feel comfortable. And he gave him the perfect cut! Highly recommend these guys! The owner is super nice and accommodating!
My son and husband make the trek to Plaza Barbers from Indiana, passing many other possible locations to get their hair cut. The service at Plaza Barbers is exactly what you’d expect from a well-established, traditional barber. They listen to their customers, giving them exactly what they ask for in an efficient manner without sacrificing quality. Even when we’ve had to wait a bit for a chair, we don’t mind because we know we’re going to be treated with great service once it’s our turn. My son is never “ready” for a haircut, but never scoffs because Eric always talks to him like they’re old buddies and listens to exactly the type of cut my son requests. He also makes recommendations to him for combing, styling, etc. to maintain his “look”. I’m appreciative of Eric and his other barbers for providing an old school barber atmosphere that is current with today’s trends. Plaza Barbers brings back fond men of when I used to go to the barber with my dad when I was a child and I love that my son gets that same experience. Do yourself a favor and skip Great Clips roulette and the gimmick sports “barbers” for men - go to the real deal at Plaza Barbers!!
Simply the best! All the guys are so friendly and quick. All of my boys get their hair cut there and they come out looking great and smiling (hard to do with teenagers). Well worth our drive over.
I have gone to this barbershop since they first opened in the plaza. They are the friendliest and most professions group of guys I have dealt with. My son also goes here and they are great with him as well. Price and environment are unbeatable. Always a smile on everyone’s face and they always remember our names and Pat conversations. Would highly recommend this shop for anyone to get their hair cut
My husband has been going to Plaza Barbers for years, and now our two young boys also get their haircuts there! Our youngest is 17 months old, and had his first haircut yesterday. Thank you for always going the extra mile, especially for the little ones!
Whenever I visit Cincy I always make it a point to stop here 1st for a shave! Absolute THE BEST barber shop around! Eric and the team are great, you will not be disappointed!
The men in my family have been going to this barber shop since I was young and I actually fondly remember going with them Saturday mornings for many years. My husband and I recently relocated back to the area so I naturally suggested this place to him for his haircut (regretfully so). After sitting down, he was dismissed after being told he was not allowed to use his phone (he was trying to send a work message). He thought the barber was kidding as this is not the norm at barber shops (nor have the other men in my family ever been told this while at this place) and then was quickly and rudely dismissed for the next customer. The barber could have demonstrated good customer service (and frankly basic kindess) by simply explaining his policy rather than being rude and dismissive. As you so rudely told my husband in your reposne to his review, we will not be self reflecting on the use of his phone as he was simply trying to send a work message. We will instead be finding a new place to go to as will the other men in my family who have been going there for over a decade and i would suggest anyone who may need to send a message (for basic things like work, family etc) on their phone do the same to avoid being dismissed.
Love these Barbers! I will never go anywhere else Eric even came to the Hospital to cut my son hair. I will never forget it!
