Been coming here since they opened. Never had an issue. Que is the best! Best pedi I have had and my nails are amazing! Got compliments on them before I made it home.
I came in today and had asked for a fill and new color. Before this I had light blue light nails that were not t the clear powder. So instead of doing them correctly the lady decided to refuse my request. So she decided to tell me that I needed a red to cover up the blue. Well I had gotten a pink because I wanted a pink. But she refused that and gave me orange, neon orange. So I kind of sucked it up, but as she was doing them she rushed them shortened them after I had repeatedly told her I didn’t want them short. Then she had painted underneath sloppy. I went home so upset that I came back and they had put words in my mouth about how I said it was so great. This place is ridiculous.
Que again rocked it with a awesome Pedicure. Love ALL his suggestions. He is so awesome with the Volcano Pedicure. He might be at new location but still AWESOME SERVICE and makes you feel like a Queen. Que the man let him make your feet look gorgeous ???? !!
JASON! No other nail tech will ever get me right like he does. He is so talented and easy with his clients and always knows exactly what he’s doing. 1000/10 recommend!!!!
This was hands down the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The lady who did my nails was in such a hurry she didn’t even do them properly. I got a set of French tip acrylic nails. Before she applied the acrylic she didn’t even dust my nails off therefore leaving dust and imperfections under the clear acrylic. And to begin with when we first started she did not trim my nails at all and then she glued the tips on my nails and cut them without asking me what length I wanted. When she finished they looked so bad, there are bubbles all under my nails and you can see my natural finger nails behind and through the nails.
My pedicure was also very subpar she did not take the time to properly massage my legs or anything which I payed extra for, she left bubbles on my toes and did not trim my nails very well.
Overall the lady was very rude, and did a very poor job. So I called and complained to the manger. And they said I could come back in for them to fix them. So I go back in and all they did was drill the top of the nail off a little and put two layers of gel topcoat on them. My nails still look the exact same it did not fix a thing.
Very disappointed with this salon
I’ve been to the Pinnacle spa twice so far. I have enjoyed their services both times. I did a mani and pedi both times and had nothing but good things to say. It’s a nice and clean spa. They have a huge selection of options to choose from when it comes to mani/pedi. The stylist Kue that worked with me on the most recent visit on Feb 11 was wonderful. I did the milk and honey wax pedicure, totally loved it. Totally recommend. 10/10. It will be my go to spa place as I live nearby! Oh and they serve mimosas!
Came in wanting to get my dipped polish off because it was way too thick! Saw Que and he promised me he could fix them and make them much thinner and to my liking. He did not disappoint! I left with gorgeous nails that look better than ever!! 10/10 would recommend Que for all your nail needs!!
Que did my nails and my toes and they were so good! He is a perfectionist that takes his time so you don’t feel rushed to get in and out. He talks to you but not too much so you are relaxed. You can give him direction or just let him work his creative magic either way you’ll be satisfied
