This rating is for Lindy’s dad. While she is on Xmas break he did my nails and my pedicure. I am always happy with his services. He is a protectionist when it comes to his work. I can also tell he spoke to Lindy because he did some steps with my nails that only she does with me. Very pleased customer!
I love this nail shop. Carol is amazing. She listens to what you want and will not let you leave unless you are completely satisfied. Excellent service!!
If you are in need of a pedicure. Go see Danny! He is great. He takes him time and so efficient. I am always fully satisfied with his work. I would recommend this place. The facility is very clean and I love that I can call ahead for appointments to avoid a long wait.
Recently moved from NC a month ago but I have had brows and nails done on several occasions.. both techs at each visit have been super friendly/professional. (Both are seated behind the register). They seem to be VERY busy.. which is an indication that I’m not the only one who appreciates their service. ????
Let’s talk about it !!!!! I moved to Tampa 4 years ago, came across this wonderful establishment & I’ve been a loyal client for all of those 4 years. My nail personal nail tech is Lynndy, she is absolutely wonderful! Everyone in the shop has done something for me as far as a pedicure, taking off polish to a Simple welcoming greeting! If you are looking for a home for your nails this is the place!
This was my first time going, but the acrylic nails I got were NOT worth 58 dollars. Everyone there was nice, and kept good conversation, but it took over 2 hours for my nails to be done; and, they weren’t good enough to be priced as they were. The sides were not painted, the lengths do not match up on each hand, there is dirt stuck within the paint and gloss
I will never go there they don't sanitize the pedicure machines my skin was itching would never go back
I have gone here for a long time. I used to love it but over time I feel like I have been charged inconsistently. I have stopped going because last time I brought my 7 year old to get her toes and nails done with me. She picked her colors and was very excited when the owner tried to tell her to sit across the salon from me which made her anxious so I told them she would like to stay next to me, she then yelled at her that she could not get the polish she wanted on her toes because they were too small. My daughter got upset over how aggressive she was and decided she didn't want to do our toes. The whole time the owner was also complaining about how busy they were and rushing through my nails leaving the acrylic thick and bulky. I've spent literally thousands here and would have appreciated better customer service.
