I've been going to Ping Nail Salon foe over 10 years. This is the best salon in Brooklyn that services manicures with perfection. Not only nails, but eyebrows too. Ping does an amazing job when it comes to slaying your brows asymmetrically. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and stay away. The woman ripped my skin off when I asked for a wax. Burned me and ripped my skin off even tho I repeatedly told her it was too hot. Absolutely horrendous and traumatizing experience.
They would've gotten 5 stars if the nail tech didn't assume I wanted a different color than my toes, smh. The nail polish was on the table from my pedicure, but it was decided for me what color the base of my French manicure should be. My pedicure took about an hour, because I guess it was slow, but it was worth it! They're more expensive than others nearby, but they're worth it!
Not scrubbing your feet good. Busy busy foe money before you could even sit down. Polish my toes Saturday and by Monday it chipped,all of them
Had a great experience here , the technician did a great job on my full set. Pedicure was ok!
Nail tech did a good job, however,the person doing eyelashes very inexperienced . I did my lashes for a cruise but lashes were off the next morning after doing them at the salon , never got the chance to wear them for my cruise. When I told them , they were trying to get me to do them over & pay again . The staff is very rude& lack customer service.
Been coming since 2016 or 2017 and it's the only place I will go, PERIOD. not gonna lie the prices are a bit more than the average salon in the area but to me its worth it because they do great work. There have been moments I was less than satisfied but that goes for any establishment. Its a good nail place you won't be disappointed ????
Did a regular pedicure with gel polish and an acrylic fill in also with gel polish. Under $100 post COVID-19 pricing. ???????????????????????? once I went somewhere else to do a gel color change on my toes and fill in with gel. That was $80, without the $10 rhinestone design for each. I said never again. Ping does such a good job. And so does her 2 guys.
