We LOVE the staff at Pet’s R Us! Lisa has been grooming my various dogs since we moved here in 2015! Yesterday she gave my girl a very much needed haircut to give her some relief from this heat! She is so much happier and playful! Thanks guys!

I love going in this store. They have everything I need. It's always clean and the animals are taken good care of. The groomers always do a great job and everyone there is friendly and always helpful. The best place to get your dog groomed hands down.

My boyfriend has 5 dogs and we showed up at 2:30. They had all 5 dogs nails clipped in about 15 minutes. Thank you so much for fitting us in. We will be back in a couple of weeks to get two of the dogs groomed since they need it.

I love this pet store. I would rather do business with these people than any of the big box stores. They really care about your animals. And Lisa is the best groomer in the world!

A few days ago I wrote an unfair review of this place. I was angry at something else and took it out on pets r us. I was wrong and I apologize. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get my pet groomed. And I didn't allow for that. The groomers do a good job and put up with us customers as best they can.

For over a year I specifically asked them to not cut my dogs eyelashes. This is because they had cut one eyelash short. Today I took her to be groomed and once again asked not to cut her eyelashes. When I picked her up and got her home both of her eyelashes were completely cut off completely! I saw the girl write it on her card but apparently no one looked at the card. I’ve taken her there for several years but I will not be taking her back

I gave this business 5 stars because they are by far the best of the 2 pet stores in Calhoun Ga. They have many beautiful animals of different kinds from reptiles, birds, aquatics, all supplies, and their staff are very friendly. This is the go to store in Gordon County for your pet needs. They also offer grooming. I like my experiences and have bought bird and fish from here. The variety of Betta Fish are among the best even above other surrounding counties. They have the brightest colors and most variety of breeds of Betta fish. My bird I bought is a beautiful parakeet named Jekyll who I purchased as a friend for my other bird Tybee. Both Parakeets. All the animals are thriving. These people genuinely have the best interest of their products in mind to satisfy their customers. It's private owned and has to compete with other large pet store chains so prices may be a tiny bit more but not always. I recommend this store above the other store on Calhoun because of the service, variety, and care for the customer. Below are pictures of my birds and aquarium. Sorry the rainbow shark from the store is hidden. ( He is shy) but all the fish and the plants came from pets or us as well as my water treatments. You can see it's very cycled and both birds and fish are thriving! Never have any issues!! Happy pet shopping at Pets R' Us!!!
