Nice guy. Great haircut. Fast. Cash only and I wasn’t aware. Didn’t make me feel weird about having to come back to pay as I’m new in town and started a new Job and had to delay coming back in.

I really don't know how much I can wrote here, the whole experience with Pete was incredible from top to bottom. The casual entrance and banter leading to a story and philosophy filled haircut that was just phenomenal. I felt like a sculpture of art being molded as he worked. He talked, he listened, we both just conversed and I adored all of this. Thank you to him and I do highly suggest coming by and changing who your primary barber is!!
To note, pays in cash specifically, so bring that along.
The closest I can get to what I imagine an old-school barber would be. Aaron is super open to talking and keeps the environment very open amidst the walk-ins and sort-of-planned. You somehow end up in weird conversations with the other folks getting a haircut and end up with someone's business card by the time you're done. You'll end up looking 'like a movie star' as he terms it, which I assure you, is true.
Aaron was a great host in Pete's barber shop. Great conversation and great knowledge of the local context. Even trusted me to go to Glorioso's to get cash from the ATM since I wasn't aware he didn't take credit cards.
I never looked forward to getting a cut until I found this place. Aaron's haircuts are just as good as his conversations. Go for a haircut, leave with some wisdom. He's a great human whoes seen and been through it all.
Best hair cut experience I have received since moving to Milwaukee in September. Knows what he is doing, super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend if you want a fresh cut.
Before I met Aaron, I had been to dozens of other salons to get haircuts with horrible results. I am super picky and no one was ever able to get it close to how I like it to look. I can now say that I will never have someone other than Aaron cut my hair. The man is exceptionally skilled and compliments his work with a great sense of humor. Highly recommended!
