Got my nails done there today. They where so friendly and I am loving the length. Color and design! Will be going back

I walked in and the lady that sits on the left(didn’t get her name) didn’t even look at me. I asked how much is a pedicure… still haven’t looked at me. Just points to the prices. And then immediately started speaking in her language vert loud.… still haven’t looked at me. I addressed my concerns of how rude and short she was to me and I left. She shrugged her shoulders and points to the door. On top of all of that.. they want you to pay before you receive services. I would not recommend this place at all. They don’t get any stars because they don’t deserve any ????????????????????????????????… but had to put one star to post

The staff was friendly, worked really fast, and only charged $30 for a full set of acrylics but they were super sloppy and I also thought it was weird that they ask you to pay for your nails before you get them done.

Worst experience EVEr! Asked for payment before service. Actually demanded it. While removing gel polish filed All of my toenail off! The entire toenail. The pain was insane. Stopped her immediately! Looked at my toe and asked wth. They said oh sorry we do overlay 50.00 more dollars to fix it. My response was no way . I want my toenail not some damn overlay. Needless to say left there with my money returned with one foot still with polish on it. Now can't get my toes done for months til my nails grow back. Petal Nails you are a joke!

The pedicure was fine, but then I got a simple manicure and the lady was super nice but the man did my nails. I guess the color I picked out was bad but he seemed to be having a lot of trouble with it. It was super streaky and there was like gouges in the polish and I HATE being difficult, like I won’t say anything most times. I went to the lady and she knew by my face that I wasn’t happy so she told me they’d redo it. I picked a different color and the man came back to fix it. He acted annoyed and he was still having a difficult time with applying it. It was much better then before but it is still sloppy and I just hate to complain about things.

Enjoyed the experience. Manicurist surprised me with Cheetah nail art. I absolutely loved! Pedicure was decent. It was rather costly.
