Let me start by saying I’ve gone to this place 3 times before making this review. They are nice people but the price for the work does not add up. I don’t mind paying but when I say it’s not shaped right and it becomes an argument I have to draw the line. I ended up not getting the pedicure and paid 80$ for a basic full set with white powder. Overall I do not recommend. The pictures are after I tried to reshape them smh.
I decided to try a new nail place since I am new to the neighborhood. Upon arrival the place was completely empty which should’ve been a warning sign. The staff was unprofessional and my nails came out nothing like the picture I had shown. They kept yelling at their dog the whole time I was in there which made me extremely sad and uncomfortable, he seemed like a friendly boy. The counter was covered in nail dust and all the tools were extremely dirty. At one point the man doing my nails noticed he had a hangnail and decided to take a nail tool and get it out halfway through my manicure. If that wasn’t enough, I was charged $70 for my acrylics in total for a sloppy job, and uncomfortable experience. Will not be going back, honestly save your money and go else where.
I go here for a few months for the same thing I get charged different price every time I get ripped off. By the people doing my nails first. Sad you can't trust. I won't be going hey again. Put up a detailed price list because you cheated me 3 times.
I wanted my nails done after a long time due to COVID. I was in the area so I went to Perfect Nail. I should have turned around when my gut said, “why is this place empty” The woman and the man were friendly, but after soaking my feet he wanted to use an old pumice on my feet. I told him to sale me one. That was my biggest clue, but I stayed. WhenI went to use the toilet there was no toilet paper and the bathroom had dirty everywhere, the sink was dirty and it just like the owner didn’t care. There is definitely no sanitizing going on in that place. When I went to dry my nails the counter across from have trails of dirty down the sides and edges where the display was. Finally when I was done he took that piece that keeps my toes from touching and put it in a bucket behind the dryer and I wondered how many ppl feet he ha e infected . I will never go there again
Let’s just say I will never come back to this place again. I received a manicure and pedicure. Nails are cut very uneven. It doesn’t even look like someone professional has done them. My previous polish was still on the sides of my nails and it was rushed. The place was empty so she had more than enough time to take her time. Also when it was time for me to dry I had left my shoes at the station where she did my nails and I told her I left them over there. She told me once I’m done drying I can go get them. And then she decided to kick my shoes over to me. That was extremely rude and I didn’t like it at all. I will never come back. 40 dollars a waste!!!!
Honestly I would not even give them one star. If I could them a negative five stars I would! The costumer service is horrible and the lady that's the manager has a horrible attitude! I went to get my nails painted and they chipped the next day. I went back in there and I couldn't even get it out my mouth why I was back, she already knew. So that told me right then and there she didn't do her best on my nails. I politely asked her to redo my nails and she says no, she's just going to put another coat on top of the coat that's already on my nails. I told her no she's going to take off this nail polish and redo my polish. In order for her to do her job l, I had to argue with her and take off my OWN polish. She told me to never come back to her store but that's not a problem because I should've known the place was horrible at their job when I walked in on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and saw the place empty. The place needs to go out of business or find a new manager to run the place.
I have been going to Perfect Nails FOREVER since I was a teenager and I love them! Cindy is so cool, funny, and down to earth. The service is great and I always leave with a smile. I live all the way in Petersburg and still make the ride to get my eyebrows snatched to perfection.
Went in for a simple polish change and was charged $55. When I asked for a break down they did not give me one. They intentionally overcharged me besides being rude to me and my 7yo. Will not be returning.
