Absolute worst place to get your nails done. Asked for coffin shape and ended up with bulky square shape. All my polish was crinkled and or peeling within an hour of leaving. Was told they didn't have sparkly red for a design I asked for, then he pulls it out after I settled for just a glitter nail. Would give 0 stars if I could.
I brought my 3 daughters in for our 7 year olds birthday. We were the only ones in the salon.
The lady was the only one the salon and she was very uninterested in us coming in to get a service. I want to get all 3 littles toes and nails painted, (not a manicure or pedicure) just toes and nails painted. The lady informed me it would be $50 for each toes & $50 for each fingers nails. She proceeds to say “ that’s expansive $100 for each girl”
I didn’t argue. We just changed our plan to only getting finger nails painted. As the girls were wearing sneakers anyway.
A man walked inside and took My youngest who is almost 4 went first, he was very impatient, and frustrated. She immediately messed up all.
I sat down to get a full pedicure. The lady was annoyed, rough, didn’t remove all previous polish, didn’t had lotion or anything to my feet or legs.
I am not one to complain about stuff like this especially with myself working in this industry but I have been here 2 times now and this one was the worst experience and I will not be returning for a 3rd time.
She complained of “nail salon to slow” well now I know why. She is up charging and not getting a care about the people paying her bills ….
I have had wonderful experiences at this place, but my last visit was terrible. I will never let “Van” do my nails again. A friend of hers came in and they talked for an hour straight as she absentmindedly did my nails. My pointer finger is completely crooked, and all my nails are uneven in length from hand to hand comparison. After she was done sanding my nails down and was about to paint the polish, I noticed the end of my acrylic thumb nail had a ding in it from her trying to talk and shape them at the same time. When I gently pointed it out and ask that she even it out, she said it wasn’t her fault and that it was my nail. Like what? Took me forever and having to get another tech to come see what I was saying for her to realize what I meant, but even then she was very dismissive of it. Still isn’t even. Very unprofessional. Leave your Social life for after work.
I find this place perfect for me. I live close, do not have to make appointment, and they do a great job! Their prices are reasonable and they are expedient and sanitary. It’s the perfect place for me!
I stopped by to get a simple gel manicure. They were not friendly. The man that did mine was very unprofessional. When done, the nails are not filed even. The polish is on the cuticle and sides of fingers. The nails just look awful. I made an appt to get it fixed Monday with a place that has excellent reviews. Do not go to this place, you will waste your money.

I have been in for a manicure and my step daughter as well and both times bleeding has occured.
Got my nails done, today. Read the reviews, expected the worst. Abrupt, and loud, yes. Rude? No. Not even remotely. Very nice place and very nice people. As for the quality of the nails? Well, that remains to be seen, as it's only been a couple hours. They look stunning... other than the shape. I can shape them myself. Not a big deal. If they'd been shaped to my preference, they'd've gotten 5 ☆ from me.
