I've been coming here since I was 5 years old with my sitter getting perms so 29 years now. Naturally I went there for my first self pay cut many years ago. I've seen this place change sooo much throughout the years. Mary and Rose are two wonderful hard working women that they do their jobs WELL. Have been there 25+ years and counting. 6 years ago I got color added by appointment. The water got turned off due to line work next door. Obviously, out of their control. They drove to big lots got jugs of water and rinsed my head untilthe water ran clear. Back before time was up, bought me a drink, chips and candy bar. My hair was waist length and is thick! It must have felt like 2 hours for her arms and hands. I felt bad and some how they gave me a free cut for later and styled my hair flawlessly. I know it was their responsibility to do so but they go above and beyond every single time with friendly customer service. Support small businesses!
When my son and I arrived there were 2 people ahead of us. After waiting for nearly an hour my son got a rushed hair cut that will need to be corrected elsewhere, and a refusal to cut any 1 of the hairstyle options I selected (layers). It was an hour before closing time and 5 other people were also waiting, and receiving service ahead of me. Very disappointed with the way we were treated by Mary, the other stylist seemed to be doing most of the work, and passed me off to Mary since she was the one cutting my son's hair. Mary kept trying to push me back over to the other stylist, and kept telling me she can't do the cut I requested. After seeing the job done on my son's hair I no longer wanted to let them touch my hair anyways. Cheap haircut = bad haircut in this case, and terrible service.
Got my 4 yr olds hair cut even with her being a little wiggly mary did a perfect job on her hair. She was so patient and kind. Love this place.

Rose cuts my hair. Not just anyone can cut natural curly hair but she definitely can. Rose is very personable and always has a smile and a story to tell. I highly recommend that try perfect choice. You will be happy that you did.
I brought my son in to have his hair cut, he would flinch attention buzzers but sat pretty still. I know it's hard to cut young kids hair. Mary did a great job.
Took my children to get their hair cut usually I see Rosa but she was busy so we scene Mary and I can honestly say this was the worse experience I've ever had there. She gapped my son's hair and it just look so awful ???? and now my baby has to walk around looking like this
till his hair grows back. I'll never let anyone else there but Rosa cut my kids hair again.
I have been going to Perfect Choice since I was young!! Rose is the best!! She has always cut my hair and she's fast and knows what I like. She put a perm in my hair several years back and it took her over 3 hours just to roll my hair because it was so long!! I got it trimmed today well 3 inches took off. Thank you ????
