A will never come here again. First of all they rushed my pedicure, I asked for my nails to be cut and rounded they didn't do either (black nails) my niece and daughter got the mani pedi for $44 each and they didn't even scrub or clean their feet. They just soaked and painted them. Hands they did a terrible job polish on their skin and didn't even bother to clean it. My oldest niece had chunks missing from her polish and they didn't fix it (this is all before we even got up from the chairs so it's not like we moved and messed them up) my sister in law paid $80!!! And they didn't even get the design she asked for the colors are way off and bleeding into one another. At one point they GLUED HER FINGERS TOGETHER!!! Did not get the dead skin scrubbed off my heels just altogether a terrible experience!!
I love perfect 10 after going to many other places this is the only place I go now and I’ve been coming here for years. The staff is amazing and your nails will look fantastic. They have so many color choices and they can do any design you bring to them. If you find a photo on the internet they will copy it beautifully. I highly suggest perfect 10.
Today I just got a gel manicure nothing fancy but they are still very lovely ❤️
Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my visit here. The nail tech was accommodating enough to try and fix my nails but even after asking multiple times the design looked way off. I thought it would be easy since it’s a simple French tip but each nail is a different length/size and the paint on the nails start at different heights. The sides of the nail are crusting and coming off and overall my nails just don’t look feminine and pretty. They look too large and round. The set I came in with was perfect for me, I asked for her to redo the exact design/shape/length and she said she copied it exactly but I’m really unhappy with the end result. I didn’t notice a lot of the messiness of the work until I was already home but I won’t be coming back here again. This fill cost me $60, essentially what a full new set would cost me elsewhere. I just wish I was insistent on her making it perfect while I was there because now I can’t do anything about it.
Nail and pedi heaven! So many technicians!! We were seen right away! Walk-ins welcomed. Very nice first experience. I chose the Perfect 10 Bomb Spa Pedicure for $65 plus $25 for gel ($90 ????). My technician was awesome. Only thing that bothered me: there's a sign at the entrance that says 5% discount for paying cash however that was not honored when we paid and didn't remember until after we left. ????
I have been a customer for years! I love this place. The owners are amazing people. They know I’m picky about my nails and they always check with me if I’m happy before I leave. Highly recommend them. Thank you Yen, love my nails.
I joined my sister-in-law and soon-to-be sister-in-law to get our nails done before her wedding. For my soon-to-be sister-in-law they did an excellent job on her acrylics and pedicure! As for me and my sister-in-law, it's a different story.
My sister-in-law and I both got Deluxe Manis and Deluxe Pedis. A total of $80 for each of us, not including tip. We had two different techs work on our feet and two different techs work on our hands. PEDICURE: My leg massage was just rubbing lotion on my legs, nothing extraordinary and that I couldn't have done myself. "Valerie" did great on my nails and cleaning up my nail beds. MANICURE: My hands were cleaned up nicely, though "Thao" did nick me in one spot (I didn't feel it when it happened, I saw it after the fact). When deciding my color she kept insisting that I get gel for both my toes and my feet and I kept politely declining (they want $25 more for gel polish!). She then insisted again on me getting gel when it was time to paint during my manicure. I again politely declined. When it was time for me to wait for my nails to dry she kept saying, "if you would have gotten gel you'd be out in 7 minutes but now you have to wait 20." I told her somebody else was paying I didn't want to be rude and she went on to explain their prices which only confirmed it was $25 on top of the $35 they were already paying for my manicure and another $25 on top of the $45 pedicure.
As for my sister-in-law, her toes look fine. Her hands, however, were all smudged and had bubbles within the first hour. (All she did was drive after waiting the 20min for them to dry in the shop.) She didn't bother going back so she has to buy a similar color at the store and redo it before Saturday.
For the amount we paid and the end result we probably won't go back for manicures, maybe for a pedicure. Unless you're a bride! They took care of the Bride-to-be!
I’ve been coming to sit with Jan as my nail tech. She does an amazing job on my nails. I always appreciate that’s she’s honest with me when I have designs I want to try and is open to collaborating on design ideas.
Perfect 10 has been my nail spot for more than 4 years now and they're all amazing at what they do. From management to staff they're welcoming and very friendly. So many talented ladies there. My go to for pedicures is Vivian, Megan and Kristine! For manicures Vivian and dip/gel Valerie. There are many more I just can't name them all BUT they're all good. I love that they take their time to do it right and how you like it. Perfect 10 never disappoints!!!
