We went out with family last weekend for dinner and had a very nice evening.
We arrived 15 minutes early and they asked us to wait in the bar area until our seating time, which is a very good idea. We were seated they left us to look through the menu. The waiter who served us was lovely and had a very cheeky smile. He was very patient as we ordered quite a bit and had dietary restrictions. As I have a dairy and egg allergy, I had to ask about dishes as the only allergy that was listed was nuts. Our waiter did have to run to the kitchen and check on ingredients in a dish but he was back in a flash. When our food arrived it was delicious. As I was dishing up my fried rice, there was egg in it and it had to be returned to the kitchen and they had to remake with no egg. As I had already put food on my plate, they brought me a fresh plate and fresh rice.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and food. Pearl City is a wonderful restaurant. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would advise the owners to do, would be to make allergens clearer on the menu and also train the staff so they know the different allergens, so they can check with guests when they order.

Came for a works meal. Quite a few of us ordered egg fried rice, the rice seemed more like boiled rice with egg nothing fried about it.
For £3.90 I expected a good amount of rice but instead 3 servings were brought out in a bowl to share for 3 people. We were not happy with paying £11.70 for this bowl at all. No where did it state sharing. Individual was what was expected especially for that price.
The food was very nice however I paid just under £24 for myself not including drinks. That was £8+ for a rum and a drop of Pepsi from a normal big bottle.
I won't be going back here in a hurry for these reasons, if at all.
We walked-in on the off chance of being able to get a table.
There was a "staff do" going on but at no point did the owners or staff make us feel left out....????????

The food is delicious, however I ordered a side of egg fried rice and prawns in garlic butter but as we were a large party they bought a bowl of rice between 4 people to share, therefore I only had 3 spoons full and about 8 prawns, so left hungry.
Went out for a meal with my friends, beautiful place, friendly and professional staff, really nice food. Highly recommended
Hands down the best restaurant around, and they do takeaways. Staff is always helpful and friendly, never had a bad meal here. A++++++
