Came here a couple of times last year, was good in general. 2 weeks ago I went back, they renovated the places so the price went up. Had a good pedicure, the lady did a good job and was gentle, but when I paid I told her the tip amount (knowing that an extra one dollar will be charged to the card so with tip my total will be$30) but the lady charged me a total of $31 which she gave herself one more dollar tip without my approval. Not cool will not go back.

Pedicure is ok but acrylics are terrible. 2 days in my nails chipped, probably because she didn't seal the tip. As the base of my nail grows, it's catching on my hair as if they're lifting. It also took over 3 hours for acrylics and a pedicure. and my cuticles looked horrible when she finished my nails, I had to go home and fix them myself. I'd only go here again for a pedicure but probably not going to return.

Update: it's been about a week and my nails are falling off. So disappointing. All the time and money I spent for 1 week of nails and multiple chips within the first few days.

I'm removing a star. The 1 star is for the pedicure which was decent. Jessie did my acrylics, I don't recommend her or this place.

Janet and Jocelyn are great!!! Everyone at that place is but these 2 are my go to. Love it here and i definitely always come back. Spooky season!

Es Excelente, el lugar es limpio, las señoritas que trabajan ahí son expertas en cada detalle tienen mucha variedad de colores y los dueños son muy amables y respetuosos me encanta sobre todo la atención que se recibe y ahora que esta todo renovado es fabulosa la experiencia.

I've been coming here for a long time now as well as my mom and my sister. Everyone here is kind, very attentive, and caring; the owner Jessica always knows what to do if you have a nail problem and her work is very professional. I have always been very satisfied, but today all my expectations were exceeded. Best nail place in town.

I feel like this place need to step up the sterilization of tools they use. It’s not the most sanitary. The staff doesn’t even greet you as you arrive or communicate wait time even if you have an appointment. I don’t mind waiting but they barely acknowledge the customer. The customer service is just not what it should be.

Not ever disappointed!! Great job ladies don't have a fave just go with whoever is available and they don't ever fail me!!
