I only go here yo get my nails done. I have never had chips or breaks, and I am usually rough with my hands at work cause I do maintaince. Today I was super happy with the designs Helen did. I wanted a celestial look. She did amazing!!!
I have been coming to this establishment for 6 months or so I have given them more than enough time to prove themselves to do a good job. A recent manicure by the older gentleman was disappointing, while trimming my cuticles he took took two chunks out causing me to bleed and took about a week to heal.
This past week I went back in to have a color change on my nails and a pedicure. I just can't even express my disappointment. I had the same older man and I felt that he was more concerned with people walk-ins than those of is who had scheduled appointments. Several times he used the buffing tool on my skin rather than my nails. It's now only 3 days later and I have had to cut my nails down to the quik because he did not go to the edge of my nails and I have had 4 nails tear.
Unfortunately he also did my pedicure and he didn't even scrub the dead skin from my toes, (I paid for the extra) I go in with several girlfriend's every 3 weeks so I don't mind going to the same place but I will definitely not accept having the same older gentleman.
I'm not a complainer but his work is not acceptable.

Randy is awesome. I travel full time and always visit this salon when i'm local because he knocks it out of the park.
They do a very thorough and precise job. Nice long calf massage. Clear coat of polish before two coats of color. Then another clear coat. Friendly folks. Very happy.
I just moved here, full time RV one thing I wasn’t going give up was my nails and pedi! I’m very picky! So when I went I was kinda worried! I have to say BEST! Pedi ever! Tutu I think his name then no waiting next my nails, ROBERT omg not a cut not a dip the best ! He did a outstanding job !! Thank you!
