Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Fish n chips 6 quid but was tastless very disappointed. Pizza was OK. Best thing j had was a bottle of Pepsi and the rubicon was good. Won't be going here again I was mistaken to try this place. AVOID
Brilliant food and really polite staff but some staff, asked if they do just onions as opposed to a full mixed salad and one of the other workers abruptly said "no we don't do onions!" as if I had offended him. The rest of staff were fine though.
Portion size is fantastic for the price. Chips and burgers taste really good, the fish was a little bland but not terrible. Great for a cheap and quick evening meal.
Wife did not like it because the fish was soggy and did not taste nice at all! Also,t they have a 1 out 5 hygiene rating. ????
Sad really as this takeaway used to be good; now its literally ordering to feel like a burden, no sense of portion sizes, no customer service and the food is so poorly packed that when you go home to eat, half your food is hanging out of the takeaway box and in the carrier bag…
Amazing pizzas I have come here every Saturday for around 2 years now. However, prices have been getting higher and sometimes when you order they will give your food to other people which is pretty annoying.
I often go here for a burger and chips and the occasional donner pizza. I have been going since I was a child I’m now 40. Sometimes if the burger is pre-made it’s very dry but if it’s fresh it’s nice a juicy. When staff are under pressure they’ll miss things out such as salad in the burger. My main worry about this place is the amount of rubbish outside which should be cleaned up by the staff members after each shift as this can attract unwanted rodents. However the food is a hit and miss. The southern fried chicken is nice. You need to have patience when ordering from here as there is no way you’re getting off in a rush.
Great food for its price but the service is exceptionally poor and slow.
Order an hour ago and still having to wait in shop for another 20 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable.
(Update)
I've had to edit this review sadly... It was initially a 2 star review but not I've given it a wl1 star.
There needs to be a staff overall/change as nobody seems to be taking their job seriously.
I've ordered 3 pizzas over 25 minutes ago and came into the shop to collect my pizza. The staff have not even started on the pizzas. They said it will take another 15 minutes, which is ridiculous!? 40 minutes to make 3 pizzas. There was nobody in the shop either, it was only 3:30pm on a Wednesday!
If anybody does take these reviews seriously, avoid using this takeaway and try Oak Lane, their service is slightly better.

Quick Facts About Park Fisheries

Park Fisheries, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses. Starting with the strengths, it can be noted that the staff are generally polite and friendly. Many customers appreciated the good customer service they received. The portion sizes were also commended, with customers stating that they were fantastic for the price. The chips and burgers were described as tasting really good, providing a satisfying and cheap option for a quick evening meal. The pizzas were also praised, with one customer mentioning they have been coming to the place every Saturday for around two years because of the amazing pizzas. Furthermore, the southern fried chicken was mentioned as being nice.
Moving on to the weaknesses of Park Fisheries, a consistent criticism emerged regarding the quality of the fish. Multiple customers found the fish to be bland and soggy, resulting in disappointment. This is a significant weakness as fish is a staple item for a fish and chip shop. Additionally, one customer specifically pointed out that the fish did not taste nice at all. Another concern raised about the food was that sometimes when ordering, the staff would give the food to other people, causing frustration and annoyance.
Hygiene was also identified as a weakness. Park Fisheries received a hygiene rating of 1 out of 5, which suggests that there may be some issues with cleanliness and food safety practices. This could be a deterrent for potential customers who prioritize hygiene when choosing a place to eat.
Another weakness mentioned by several customers was the poor packaging of the food. It was highlighted that the food was often poorly packed, resulting in spillage and a messy eating experience. This could impact the overall perception of the quality and professionalism of the establishment.
In terms of service, there were mixed reviews. While some customers praised the polite and friendly staff, others expressed dissatisfaction with the service. Complaints included slow service, long waiting times, and a lack of attention to detail. One customer mentioned that staff members would miss items, such as salad in a burger, when under pressure. Another customer complained about having to wait for an hour and still having to wait an additional 20 minutes in the shop for their order. These issues can create frustration and a negative overall experience for customers.
Moreover, there were concerns about cleanliness outside the establishment. Rubbish being left outside can attract rodents and create an unappealing environment for customers. This is a serious hygiene issue that needs to be addressed to ensure a clean and safe dining experience.
Overall, Park Fisheries has strengths in terms of good customer service, portion sizes, and certain food items such as burgers and pizzas. However, significant weaknesses include bland and soggy fish, poor packaging, a low hygiene rating, and issues with service and cleanliness. Improvements in these areas are crucial for the establishment to maintain and attract customers.
