Gave one star because my pedicure was great but that's the only positive thing I can say. Was sent to a male technician who was told 2x that I wanted coffin nails and he insisted on shaping them round. Polish job was horrible...multiple bubbles throughout. My left right and middle are lifted and shaped so weird they look like they are about to run away. Never going back.
They cannot do the simplest designs and the polish was sloppy. They charged $100 for a overlay with my real natural nails and a pedicure. No designs. Just white and silver paint. A rip off.
This business treated me like royalty! Im pregnant and I have not felt my best lately. On top of that I arrived to their establishment 20 minutes before closing and they still provided me with the service I wanted while being attentive to me. I got new set, pedicure with wax, eyebrow wax , lashes and full face wax. I feel like myself again and look beautiful.
Came there to wax my eyebrows. She kept my eyebrows thick with a beautiful arched shape. This was my first time going there and I will be going back. My brows were beautiful for my birthday. Definitely recommend for eyebrows waxing.
Update: came back a second time for an eyebrows waxing. It was a different woman, who did my brows. I told her to keep my brows thick. She did them too thin. I came for a waxing. She waxed my eyebrows then used a razor instead of plunking like the last woman did. My brows are currently burning. I will not be coming back again. Giving two stars because the first woman I went too, did a great job. This woman did a terrible job.
