These are the most racist nail salon in the city. 3 hours before closing they decided that the black women waiting couldn't get their nail done. After over a year of repeat Business!!!!! The reason from the owner was there is not enough time ????. There was a white woman sitting there and they didn't ask her to leave an another came after me. That woman was told to come back at 6:15 pm for a fill and eyebrows. Which is what I was waiting for. I came in and simply explained I would wait was told ok. Then the owner asked me to leave after I waited 30 minutes. Because it was new years (12/30/22) they can't help me today. Please if your a person of color I hope you will consider going some place else. I was completely singled out and embarrassed in front of everyone. Horrible place ????!!!
STAY AWAY DO NOT RECOMMEND TRUE DEFINITION OF CARELESS MONEY IS THEIR ONLY PRIORITY!! they rush you through everything they are not detailed and comprehensive, my nails are horrible am I was overly charge it’s just ridiculous $155 for two pedi an one mani . If of color you’ll be treated like you can not afford the services . I call it ECONOMIC DISCRIMINATION. was asked to use ATM to withdraw funds like if my card was stolen or in other words not mines . Rude attitude from the beginning. Did not take the time to cover my nail fully or even clean it up fully. Still have polish on my skin and I had to request they fix some nails. I told the lady I have blisters on my heels so be careful when doing my pedicure, and she repeatedly kept grabbing my heels and ignoring my request.
I got infections under my nail and on the sides from them cutting me multiple times and not cleaning there nail equipment after each use. They also charged me 70$ for these nails which is way expensive. Also they didn’t even give me the shape I wanted. Also my friend went there and got her nails done and one of them broke off after 20 minutes of having them on. I will never go back again. Do not recommend!
Went for a scheduled pedicure but once I got there and they saw I was African American, it turned into they were unable to do it!! I would NEVER go to them again nor recommend my worst enemy! ????????
I’m very disappointed in the customer service and overall quality. I came into the store to get more diamonds added onto my nails because they fell off after a week and I was prepared to pay for the service. the elderly woman at the front was very rude and raised her voice at me and said we’re not gonna do that. I asked why because I went there to get my nails done and she said you didn’t take care of your nails. Which wasn’t true, I’m very careful with my nails and this is the first time my diamonds have fallen off in over a year. I just wanted to get them touched up then another man came over and said he will do my nails. After rushing to fix my nails I asked for a lip wax and the same elderly woman followed me back to the wax room and refused to wax my lip because she said I didn’t have any hair. I did have hair that’s why I went to get it waxed and she was purposefully not wanting to take my business. I have gone there before and tipped well and I’m very disappointed that she thinks she can talk to people like that. Don’t try to blame your poor service on me!
Today at Paris nails to a full set done and had the worst service I ever had in my life . Nail tech was very rude soon as I set in her chair she made me feel like I couldn’t afford the service. I feel like this because I’m black and thought I was going to Walk out without paying .I will never come here again
Horrible, they told me priced of nails like if i was unable to afford. Move on gentlemen did a horrible job my nails look like thick, overly square piece of gum. did not take his time he rush. my bill was $149 for a mani, 2pedi an when i was going to pay they asked me to use the atm that charges a fee to use i felt very uncomfterable felt like i was being treated like my credit card was not mines stolen ect. stay away we worked hard for our money as well they are true scammers.
