Had the special and a few extras excellent meal plenty of it good service

We have had meals delivered from parbin before.

We rang to place an order & got told its cash only on delivery??? I'm guessing they haven't heard of card transactions on a phone. Woman on the line was pretty abrupt.

The food is generally OK, perhaps they need to wake up & realise that most transactions are now done electronically. I cancelled the order , certainly won't be bothering again . As I said the food is generally OK but not worth chasing around for cash for it.

Sort of Indian food that will leave you craving more for days after… good friendly service, no wonder they’ve been a Pontypool mainstay for decades

I have a particular curry I have come to adore over the years, Chicken Tikka Bhoona, Madras strength. Not a normal menu choice I grant you but when cooked properly it is lush! I ordered one last night from The Parbin and it was by far one thee tastiest I have ever eaten. Compliments to the Chef and his team ????????????????????????

Absolutely brilliant meal tonight definitely the best we have had and they are happy to change things on their menu. Best Indian take away by far. Would definitely recommend

This is by far the best Indian takeaway around, the food is consistent. When ordering the same meal at other takeaways the food often tastes different depending what chef cooks it. Service is one of the best around Pontypool as delivery is quick and efficient. Staff are really good and helpful. Parbin we will be back!!!

I have been going to Parbins for many many years and this was the 1st time ever that I have not enjoyed my meal, service excellent as usual starters were amazing but the veg curry had no taste very bland and not finished between 4 people, hopefully the next time will be back up to standard and receive a 5*

The most amazing madras curry , which I had with half n half , and cooked by the manager who also served me , amazingly nice fella , very polite , very kind , I now order from their a minimum of once a week , as I'm homeless he even delivers to me up the keepers pond in my caravan , which is amazing service that very few take aways will offer that far , I also get a 50p off voucher which you can save or use when needed , the parbin is a very clean take away located just over the road by the pontypool police station ( opposite the market) it also has plenty of parking and disabled access.

Thank you Parbin , I really do love your food and service , and appreciate you for treating a homeless women with the same respect as any other customer , it really means alot xxx
