Customer service was solid, person at the counter friendly and engaging with customers. Milkshakes are made from American machinery, and the pepper chicken was good. Would recommend going with mates and family. Very promising and very interesting loaded chips menu. Inspired to own a business one day and encouraging to see young people have a really good rapport with customers, will definitely go soon. Chicken was very nice, the sauce was juicy and the chips were wholesome. Prices were reasonable. Will be going again. £6 for loaded chips with chicken and sauces, very good.

We went there for lunch and I ordered the buffalo chicken loaded fries. Oh Boi this thing is spicy ????????️ not for the faint. Massive generous portions and prices that don't break your wallet. Really fresh and tasty fries ???? I even ordered the Papa flaming beef burger and guess what it's amazing and you get two Patties for a £5! A big thank you and Jazakallah to the brother who gave my son free fries. Definitely recommend to try won't be disappointed.

I went to Papa Frites leicester with my husband and mum and we tried 3 different burgers , loaded donner fries and had 3 drinks which included the strawberry milkshake

HONESTLY I CAN'T FAULT IT!

The Angus beef burgers were incredible along with the chicken burger. The seasoned fries come spicy or lemon / herb . The donner is actual meat not all that processed stuff. The price is reasonable for 3 meals and 3 drinks, it was £30. It is in line with competitive prices considering the surrounding take away and burger places such as boo burger, German donner, chickanos etc. This is definitely worth it and the best place for gourmet smash burgers and home made fresh fries.

Tried the angus beef chilli loaded fries, good size portion, struggled to finish it and i can eat good. Beef was good, sauces are nice. Staff is good here, happy and smiling.

My first visit, the above review was good. Been 5/6 times more and the quality of the food has gone downhill real quick, fries not seasoned properly, missing cheese sauce, chicken on loaded fries is less every visit.

I went on holiday for 2 weeks and all I could think of was chicken burger fries. As soon as I was back in Leicester, I paid a visit. Staff was friendly, and the food was made very quickly. It was still steaming hot after a 5-10 min walk home. The food tasted amazing, loved every bite - makes me feel a little better that my holiday is over

Really good food and good value for money. I got the beef loaded fries and was impressed by the taste and portion size. Could easily have the leftovers as a snack later on. Will definitely go back.

10/10 - Great quality with great service. Ordered chips mixed in gazebo sauce with chicken bites topped with cheese & spring onions. Went down a treat. Will definitely be going back to try the other flavours. Go check it out!

The loaded chips are here are delicious and fresh. The portion size is very big so good place to go with friends and family.

Today
