Normally I do not make negative reviews and just let things go but this service was unacceptable. I went in Wednesday for my first time to get dip and tips. I had a specific design I wanted and the women said she could do it but wouldn’t tell me how much it would be. She started putting the tips on and they are crooked which is fine because only I notice it but then as she started filing them she kept hitting my skin with the spinning tool. She cut me everywhere and I would say that it was hurting and it kept happening. I’ve been getting my nails done for 5+ years consistently so I know it happens sometimes. But here I am 4 days later and it hurts to hold my keys or turn on light switches because of how cut up my fingers are. I went in today to see what I could do with them and they insisted it was because my skin was dry and that cuticle oil would fix it. All the cuticle oil did was burn when she put it on the cuts and hurt when she was massaging it in. I am very unhappy and would like a refund. These photos don’t do it justice

I have going to see Tracy and David for about 5 years. They are always super nice and helpful. I usually get dip nails and a pedicure. Super pleased with the service I receive here. Recently I’ve started bringing my parents in to have their nails trimmed. They are so patient and understanding with my elderly parents. Treat them with respect and great courtesy. I highly recommend services here.

First time coming to this place. I will definitely be going back! They took the time to actually work on my nails and get them how I wanted them. They aren’t thick! Love love LOVE THEM. Super friendly staff. Prices are great. I got dip and these are my real nails, no tips. They took great care of me and my nails when taking off my over due, over grown-out previous dip polish.

Amazing experience very clean and it was very peaceful in there Tracey did my nails and they look amazing! Definitely wish I could give 10/10 will be back and they did great with my daughters nails too. You should definitely stop in

Tracy is amazing! Very clean and very reasonably priced! Super sweet and they do such a good job! Definetely have found our nail place!

Stopped by here last minute to get my kid's nails done for prom. They wanted something a little more involved than the average full set so they were there past closing. Her nail tech took her time and did a beautiful job, my child was glowing they were so happy!

The friendliest people work here and they always take their time and produce the best looking nails. If you are looking for Ombre, this is your place!!!
