This was my first experience with the nail salon and I was extremely impressed. My manicure was so relaxing and she took her time to make sure it was a great experience. I loved it! Palazzo Nails and Spa is my go-to for a great manicure. They're very detail oriented and made sure I was happy with my nails. The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect.
Wonderful and clean nail salon. My manicure was so relaxing and she took her time to make sure it was a great experience. I loved it! Palazzo Nails and Spa is the best place to be pampered in a peaceful environment with the best nail professionals! They are always striving to do a great job to make sure you're satisfied. I had a great pedicure experience with one female staff but the male staff that did my nails was incredibly rude. I called ahead before coming in since I didn’t have an appointment and he said yes we have room come in. Came in 10min later and the male staff said were almost closed. Which stopped me in my tracks because that’s why I called ahead. He didn’t do very well on my cuticles and didn’t include the hand massage. Also didn’t use gel to lock in my dip. I’m really not one to complain about these trivial things but he was so rude I felt so unwelcome and rushed out. Paid $100 for all services that I usually pay $80 something elsewhere. Came back a week later because I can already see cracking on the dip. When I showed the same mail tech, he said “no one else comes back for these and no one shines a line on cracks just for you to see” overall horrible customer services. Never coming back.
I did my nails Last week, and I love the space and the people that work at Palazzo Nails and Spa! The best pedicure experience I’ve had! I’m excited to recommend it to my friends and family due to their fantastic service and craftsmanship. It’s so relaxing and quiet. Shop always neat and clean! Everything was great from the second I walked in and was greeted.
After SO many different places over the years feel like we finally found a reliable amazing go-to! The staff is so amazing and great. We don’t get our nails done often but when we do we come here now. Never disappointed. They provide a wonderful service and great prices. This was the seriously the best pedicure I've ever had. They were thorough, took their time and and made the whole experience worth everything. The massage chairs are incredible, the nail tech's massage was amazing! My nails and feet will be in their capable hands for the foreseeable future. So happy to have found them in Jupiter area!
Amazing, my new favorite place to go, they do a really clean and thorough job!! The service was excellent and everyone was really friendly. Was looking for a new nail place and my friends recommended Palazzo Nails and Spa Staff is always very nice and polite. As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best manicures I have had in a long time.
