I attended rude dirty Salon and for a hair color and cut/blow wave by Galina. I left there with black roots and yellow, brittle, broken/destroyed hair, with a definite line around my head, like I was dipped in an ink pot. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, the whole place is clowns!, she replied 'not interested' and hung the phone up on me, she refused to make my hair right or offer ANY kind of refund or compensation. My husband visited the salon to discuss, and she was incredibly rude, folding her arms when he offered hand shake, and closing the door behind him after asking him to step into stairwell to discuss. My hair is RUINED and the way they treated us was disgusting. Plenty of hair/waxing etc salons in NYC. in you want to look like a clown and your going to a Circus... Don't use, you will be sorry.
Made a last minute appointment for an early Sunday morning blowout and curl with Bonita. Bonita did a beautiful job on my long hair! The owner was engaging and friendly. I normally pay $60 for a blowout, cost was only $35 at the Palace; great attitude was a bonus.
I went to this place 1st time and Carmen was assigned as my hair dresser. I asked for highlights and Bob haircut. Showed her pics for both how i wanted color and haircut. After 4 hrs and $175. I got hair color that looked nothing like what i wanted but it wasn’t that bad so i was like ok this is fine. But haircut was nooo way near bob cut. I had nice heavy hair, She literally just chopped my hair from anywhere and everywhere. Most disgusting and ugly looking haircut i everrrr had. I feel embarrassed to even walk around with hair like that. Would never go back to this place.
Lana did an amazing job! Shes on point, fast and professional! I have not cut my hair in 8 years and she did a fantastic job! My mother and I went to her and within 2 hours we were done. Extremely friendly! Great atmosphere in the salon as well. Will be returning for sure!

They took care of my 83 year old mom so nice.she loved the experience there.
I went on a Sunday made an appt.at 2pm and they closed at 3 the lady's at the shop where not happy because it was a last minute appt. and I said that when you called they should have mention the hour of closing to me but instead they put the blame on me for going on that time if they not want to work beyond the working hrs then they should not take customers in
I've been coming to Palace since I was in high school and I really love this salon. I got my prom hair & makeup done here, and I still go for haircuts. I usually go to anyone that is available to do the haircut and it always turns out great! I highly recommend this salon! Affordable & excellent service every time.
