I honestly hoped this place was better. The place itself is big and they have many people there but I did not like my nails. The person I had cut me twice and at the end i just wanted to leave and forget about the situation. This was the best she could do.

I asked for a gel pedicure and received a regular one. Instead of the owner offering to redo it the way I asked she says “why didn’t you say anything”. I didn’t know it was my place to make sure her employees gave me what I asked. I settled for the regular pedicure. The nail tech and the owner are now in my face about paying. I asked them to wait until my feet are done drying. Before my feet finished drying they asked me again to pay as if I wasn’t going to. As if we didn’t agree to wait until my feet were dry. Let’s not even get into all the glue left on my hands and dried blood from cuts from their electric flier. I’m extremely disappointed, I’ve been coming here for years and the past year (2022) I have been nothing but disappointed. Its the closest salon to my house, I’m not even picky but now I’m fed up.

I love you Sandy Girl. My Fav Nail Texh although the wait time is ridiculous We sacrafice to be beautiful! Sandy is also the owner & tbe only one in this world who knows what I like she's amazinn! However, her time is also shared taking payments and directing new customers to other techs...taking much more time but to me its worth it!

Theresa was great took me as a walk in gave me a seat right away cleaned me up ????????quality gel manicure. I pay attention to the style the nail tech has when it comes to cuticle care and ingrown nails. She was really thorough

This was so bad, she made it hurt so much and the nails are ugly, badly painted and filed down so bad, not to mention the nails are so crooked

Pricing is lower than other nail salons but I can see why, the service was not great. The nail tech that did my nails spoke to me rudely. The nail tech that did my daughter's nails didn't shape them correctly or paint them nicely or neatly for that matter. It was as if a non professional did her nails. Will not be using this nail salon again.

This is my favorite nail place to go to because they do a great job for a fair price. Lee does beautiful and lasting nails. I wash my hands compulsively so my nails don’t last long, but when she does them (gel nails) they last the 2 weeks.

Too busy for courteous customer service & does not follow social distancing guidelines for customer to customers contact but the. My nail tech directed me to get out of my seat to sest another client just minutes after applying my last coat and not allowing my nails to dry fully and doing so I wrecked my polish and she did not offer to fix them after giving her $20 tip. Absolute terrible service! Went here for my first time the place was packed and there was nowhere to sit. Ironically there is a sign saying you to stay six feet apart from other customers but the seating arrangement is side by side. And there was no offer to wait in your car and wait for a call as it should be to follow social distancing guidelines. And upon requesting that option you were giving an attitude. The pricing is a really low compared to most other salons but that would make sense for the terrible service you get what you pay for!
